Providing service for maintenance/repair of electrical system to runway lighting system at Airfield area of ARC Charbatia under AGE E/M ARC Charbatia of GE (I) (CG) Bhubaneswar

Providing of services for defect rectification/identification for repairs to UNSV/defective electrical system to runway lighting system including checking/termination of cable/ items connected to Runway lighting system as functional on date of commencement for functioning /operational requirement of Runway lighting system as per user/ATC requirement with for the following services:-

(a) Services to be providered with minimum 01 x Highly skilled electrician and 01 x Semi Skilled helper for for defect rectification/identification & repair as feasible to UNSV/defective runway lighting system items , Note:- (i) Tools & Plants, misc items such as lugs, connector, Tape & earth work ,tester, spanners ,pliers, test lamp for HT/LT electrical system required at site shall be provided by the contractor and rate deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Store/material/spares of Runway lighting system as required at site for repair/replacement shall be provided by the user department i.e. ARC only. (iii) Services provided for the period within 03 months. (iv) The job is considered to completed within 8 hrs or earliest as required/directed , however the requirement of services for maximum 8 hrs is deemed to have been considered and to be provided as directed . (v) The faults are defects require specialised expertise/defect rectificatiobn of equipements as CCRs/contactors, relays, isolation transformer and cable fault location etc are not in scope of works and the same as observed to be intimated to user/deparment for further action.

(vi) All safety mesaure in working in HT system to be taken by contractor and contractor is completely responsible for any eventualities. (vii) Operation to rumway lighting system is to be done by user/ATC staff only and any specifical LT electrical system operation required during the period of such service of repairs/maintenance/identifation for repairs will be done only under the supervision of ATC/user staff. (viii). Being a emergent nature of job, tradesmand will be provided as & when required by the department within 24 hours, Failing which there is penalty of Rs 3,000/- per day shall be levied on contractor
