S/R to Tahasildar Quarter at-Derabish in the District of Kendrapara for the year 2025-2026

Removing old lime plaster from walls including racking out jouts 12mm deep and removing the debries away from the work site including all labur T&P articles etc.required for the work and etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in charge

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster (1:6) over in side brick wall after racking out the joints including watering , curing with cost , carriage, royalty of all materials , labour , T & P and scafolding as required etc. complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in charge .

Remoiving old grading concrete from roof slab cleaning the surface ,lowering and removing debries within 50Mt lead from wroking araetc. . including wateringm and curring with all cost and conveyance all labour T & P articles etc.required for the work etc.comlete as per specificaiton and dirction of the Engineer-in charge.

4cm thick Grading Concrete( old work) in C.C. (1:2:4) on roof slab with 12mm size H G C B Chips including lifting the materials and hoisting the concrete to required level with curring ramming finishing etc etc.complete in all respect to proper slope and level with all watering and curring with all cost,conveyance royality and all Labour T & P required for the work etc.complete. as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Supplying filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers not exceeding 23cum (9") thick including watering and ramming with the cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc., complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation using 4cm (3/4") size clean hard black crusher broken hard granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6") thick to the required level ramming watering and curring etc., complete, including cost and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and royalties and all labour with T&P required for the work etc., complete including dewatering if required as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of un-reinforced,plain cement concrete pavement(M30) over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement @ 400kg per cum with 20mm & down graded size H G C B chips over polythine sheets 125 micron including compacting with vibrator watering curring centering shuttering with cost of curring for 28ays conveyance royality,taxes of all materials required forthework running and hire charges ofmachinaries all all T & P required for the work labour charges for the work etc.complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in charge

Providing fitting and fixing of M S Grill Gate and collasible gate with top and bottom rails in proper position including making holes in walls R C C structure and wood work etc.and making good to the damages to walls or RCC structure including meding or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with R C C (1:2:4) with hard black broken granite stone chips of 12mm to 20mm and ( 1/2" to 3/4") (20mm not to ex ceed 25%) with cost and conveyance of all materials ,labour ,taxes and royalities with all T & P etc.complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in charge.

Priming two coats to old wall work over two coat of primer including all cost of all materials and labour T & P etc.complete as per specification and direcion of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering two coats to walls with any approved shade good distemper over the interior surface of the walls and ceiling including all labour charges cost and conveyance of all materials,royality taxes and cost of indigo glue with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete and as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.( a) Ground Floor).

Wall pinting two coats with weather coat two coats of approved shade including watering curring with cost and conveyance , taxes, royalties of all materials , with all labour T&P etc. complete required for the work in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Painting two coats with any approved paint over a coat of of primer excluding cost of paint and primers with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect and as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge
