The designed rigid concrete pavement (minimum thickness 300mm) is to be laid with automatic batching plant (RMC plant) including transportation to site in transit mixture having continuous agitated mixture, manufactured as per design mix of specified grade including pumping of RMC from transit mixture to the site of laying including laying with slipform pavers, curing with application of curing compound including concrete pavement texturing, centering, shuttering including steel formwork with sturdy M.S Channel section including filling construction joints and dummy joints with approved joints fillers and sealing compounds joints finishing and reinforcing with admixture as required without imparing the strength and durability of the concrete also painting on the centre divider (as per specification of concrete pavement in MORTH) including all leads and lifts (complete job).
