Preparation and distribution of bi monthly water bills as per detailed scope of work as under The scope of work includes the work of taking monthly water meter reading every month preparation and distribution of bi monthly water consumption bills with Water Billing Module of RIICO ERP Software in prescribed format updation and preparation of monthly ledger posting of issued bills and recovery of deposited bills preparation of outstanding dues list Defective Stopped meter list and preparation of duplicate water bills on ERP WBM Module and Manually The work of updation of all types of permission applications received for Reconnections Replacement of Water Meter and Change of Consumers Name Connection Size etc and other allied works related to WBM Manually preparation of New Binders and Ledgers for each financial year preparation of water dues balance sheet and reconciliation of water dues recovery with financial ledger Only new binders ledgers for each financial year shall be provided by the Corporation The scope also includes providing services with requisite manpower and all leviable Central State taxes transportation etc complete as per the directions of Engineer In Charge

Labour charges of releasing new water connections from distribution system of different sizes 1 2 and above including digging for pipeline, making hole in pipeline fixing clamp on pipeline and fixing of ferrule with G I Pipe for release of a new water connection and making good the surface after back filling of earth in trench including all T and P transportation lead and lift etc complete as per the directions of engineer in charge

Labour charges of making water connection D C or RC from distribution system of different sizes half inch and onwards including digging for pipeline making hole plugging hole in pipeline removal or fixing of ferrule with GI Pipe for RC or DC water connection and making good the surface after back filling of earth in trench including all T and P transportation lead and lift etc complete as per the directions of engineer in charge

Labour charges for Removing Refixing Replacement of water meter for repairing, including all T and P transportation lead and lift etc complete as per the directions of engineer in charge

Labour charges for crossing the water connection pipe under the road crust by manual mechanical means, including all T and P transportation lead and lift etc complete as per the directions of engineer in charge

Labour charges for dismantling of cement concrete RCC Platform for making new connection DC RC at site including all T and P transportation lead and lift etc complete as per the directions of engineer in charge

Labour charges of checking water connections at connection point from distribution system of different sizes half inch and above including digging at connection point for pipeline checking ferrule point, checking clamp on pipeline and aligning of ferrule with GI Pipe for proper flow of water to pipe line and making good the surface after back filling of earth in trench including all T and P transportation lead and lift etc complete as per the directions of engineer in charge

Labour charges of checking disconnected water connections at connection point and nearby from distribution system of different sizes half inch and above including digging at connection point for pipeline checking ferrule point checking clamp on pipeline and alignment of ferrule with GI Pipe if any found at site and making good the surface after back filling of earth in trench including all T and P transportation lead and lift etc complete as per the directions of engineer in charge
