PROVISION OF ILLUMINATED MANDATORY INFO SIGN BOARDS IN AIRCRAFT MANOEUVRING AREA

SCHEDULE A BOQ

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of LED based aircraft guidance/mandatary/informative signage board made out of 2mm thick anodized aluminum sheet having minimum width of 150mm and supported at back side by 50mm dia die cast aluminum pipe for separation and frangible coupling as per ICAO standards duly fixed with one alphapatic letter in one board of area not less than 0.54 sqm using 4mm thick glare free polycarbonate sheet at front and back of board having Light source of 0.5 W or equivalent assembled on each board with required PCB with highly luminous having long life ie not less than 50,000 Hrs. complete all as per ICAO standards/ Annexure14 Volume I and as per specifications given below:

(a) The signage board should be installed in base of 150mm thick Plain cement concrete(1:2:4) type B1using 20mm graded stone aggregates (for legs) including necessary excavation.

(b) The concrete base and leg foundation should be 20-25mm above the ground level and shall be chamfered from the concrete base to not less than 30cm below the strip surface area.

( c) Suitable stainless steel bolts with templates should be fixed in the concrete where ever signage legs are to be mounted.

(d) Efficiency of LED shall have delivered minimum output 100 lumens per watt and colour temperature should be more than 5000 Kelvin with proper heat dissipation.

(e)These aluminum PCB’s should be placed across the length of the board in order to ensure uniform distribution of light across the board.

(f)The signage boards with different length shall be suitable for operation on series circuit at variable current from 2.8Amp -20/ 6.6Amp (brightness of the signage should be constant with current variation).

(g) All the signage shall have letters and symbols made by computerized cutting of vinyl and pasting on the polycarbonate sheet from inside/outside of the sign face of required color(Double sided)

(h) Supply of 65W 6.6 / 6.6 A 5000 Volts 50Hz isolating transformer encapsulated in polyester resin finally moulded with neoprene rubber as required and Installation of 65W 6.6 / 6.6 A 5000 Volts 50Hz isolating transformer encapsulated in polyester resin finally moulded with neoprene rubber required

(j)Supply and Installation of Secondary 2.5 sqmm/2.5 mtr long

Description all as per sl item No 2 here in above but area not less than 1.25 sqm in each board for fixing the word "APRON→"

Supply and fix 5 KV, Cu grade Primary Connector Kit suitable for field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed/ XLPE insulated cable single core 6 Sq.mm copper conductor cable conforming to the relevant IS specification etc. complete as required and Installation of 5 KV, Cu grade Primary Connector Kit suitable for field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed/ XLPE insulated cable single core 6 Sq.mm copper conductor cable conforming to the relevant IS specification etc. complete as required.

Supply & Installation of Secondary Connector Kit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix single core 6 Sqmm,5KV grade, PVC/XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor Airport lighting cable confirming IS 1554 (Part-II)/IS 7098 (Part- II) with upto date amendment and confirming to particular specification etc. as required. Note: The unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive for Laying of PVC Insulated / XLPE insulated and PE sheathed, copper conductor unarmoured airfield lighting cable directly in trench including necessary excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc.

Supply and fix HDPE pipe of 63 mm OD of PE 63 PN 4 complete with all fittings & accessories laid in ground (80 cm below ground level) including necessary excavation and refilling the trench after laying Pipe etc., with and including Provision of 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing cable as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cast iron isolating Transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330 mm dia, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick, cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer, power cable and having hole as per site requirement at the periphery, centre 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive 50 mm dia HDPE/medium class G.I pipe and one no of suitable hole to receive 15mm B class G.I pipe for loop earthing as required. The box should have two SS earh bolts of M10x40 mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from hole centre) and having drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 06 Nos. M10 tapped hole having centre to centre distance of 260mm alongwith bolts as required as per the drawings & Installation of Transformer Housing Box with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630x630x100mm thick all-round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick, the top slopped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 250mm long 15mm dia. "B" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder and refilling etc. complete as required.
