Material and labour for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width in type B1 (1:2:4) and setting in mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed
Material and labour brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed
All as per srl item No. 4 here in before but except bricks Note:- Serviceable bricks obtained from srl item No. 1 shall be re-used in srl item No. 5 after cleaning etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Material and labour for walling of random rubble, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.
-Ditto- all as per item No. 5 hereinbefore but except stone. Note:- stone obtained from item No 1 shall be reused.
Material and labour for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble masonry uncoursed or brought upto course in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth using water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for new or previously untreated surfaces of any description & applying two coats of acrylic (antifungal) exterior grade paint plain or camouflage pattern over one coat of primer on wall/roof complete all as specified and directed
Supply only liquid water proofing compound mix cement concrete/cement plaster as per manufacture instruction all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thick below or above ground level un re-inforced including removing debris directed for a distance exc 500m complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, fillings & mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.
M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drain complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using (20 mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbing, or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and all around of chequered tile complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping bed black etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
M & L PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded agg) 75 mm thick as in plinth protection without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour, for providing 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concrete type B-2 1:2:4 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in path/floor finished fair even and smooth without using extra cement, laid in alternate panels of size not exc 4 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Material and labour for machine cut broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc 63mm as in hard core n exc 150mm thick spread and levelled including watering & ramming all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Material and labour for 25mm thick Wearproof topping using metallic floor hardener as per manufacture's instruction, as specified (incorporating an approved metallic floor hardener), laid on concrete floors and pavings and path, and finished even and smooth (except metallic hardener) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Metallic hardener & glass strips area measured and paid separately.
Supply only 22 mm wide and 3 mm thick glass dividing strips as laid in floor all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour Chequered cement concrete tiles 300x300x25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors with gray cement and pigments in any colour machine pressed glazed , over cement screed bed 15mm thick cement motor 1:6 all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour 60 mm Machine pressed pre casted pressed cement concrete inter locking paver blocks glazed coloured up to 6mm on the top in any shape and size, strength not less than M-35 all as directed by Engr-in-charge
Material and labour Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) as in backing coat of granite complete all as specified and directed.
Demolition of reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness( below or above ground level) including removing debris directed for a distance exc 500m complete all as specified.
Material and labour for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in cement mortar (1:4) work for landings, cover slabs, manholes, chajjas, water troughs, manger shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and as directed
Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided incl doors, gates for complete all as specified and as directed
Supply and fixof Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required hooks, heavy, for large gates, hook and pintle hinges; large hasps and stables; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe -290 Gde -165. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and fix Mild steel as in posts and struts in fencing angle including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. flat iron fillets (for securing with mesh etc. including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc. and similar work confirming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165 quality-B. Note:-Posts/struts of angle iron made to shape shall be welded to existing angle iron bracket of security wall, contractor shall make his own arrangement for welding for boundary wall by using gen sets or any alternative arrangement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Supply and fix premoulded cast iron gate of FE-150 confirming to IS ornamental type in cast iron cum mild steel of 6.20 span, 3.0m to 4.065m in height two leaves and wicket gate in cast iron cum mild steel of 1.5m span, 2.1m height in single leaf, including necessary welding, pintol hinges, steel ball bearing plates and locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Frame of cast iron gate shall be mild steel pipe frame of size 50mm X 50mm x 4.5mm thick conforming to grade Fe-410 or Fe-310. (b) RCC pillar/ brick pillar and painting to steel surface including all connected items shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (c) Design as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Supply and fix Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted, or forged into spikes framed guard bars; barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters walk ways railings, frame work of water tank and similar work conforming to Fe- 290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for welding in repair, exc 2.5 cm but n.exc 5 cm in length thickness of metal to be welded exc 20mm but n.exc 25mm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for running welding in repair exc 20mm but n ecx 25mm as directed by Engr-in-Charge
Material and labour painting the surfaces of steel any description over 10cm in width or girth, with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide incl preparation of new steel surface. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fixing repair Galvanized 2 stand Steel Barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. incl taking down of existing barbed wire as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge
Restraining resecuring including making good staples or tighting of cross wire galvanised barbed wire in any dia of wire or any spacing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Taking down and refixing in same position after repairing of damage of fencing post concertina coil any dia including galvanised MS staples/Clips for tying at crossing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer–in-Charge
Supply and fix in repair any dia concertina coil directed by Engr-in-Charge reinforced punched(chrome razor or blade wire with barbed top of 0.5mm thick galvanised sheet and core wire of dia 2.5mm of high tensile steel wire including galvanised MS staples/ Clips for tying at crossing complete including taking down of existing concertina coil all as specified and directed by Engineer–in-Charge
Taking down existing angle iron from wall embedded in PCC and refixing in the same opening/position complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Supply and fix mild steel security chain link fencing 60mmx60mm with PVC coated mesh made out of 2.5mm dia MS wire and 1.50mm thick PVC coating throughout fixed to RCC post including binding wire complete and incl taking down of existing chain link fencing all as specified and directed.
Taking down and re-fixing chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over cut to length bent shape as required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-S complete all as specified and as directed
Material and labour for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage wherever required complete and as directed.
