Testing and Commissioning Pressure test in the air conditioningh system (Air cooled system / ductable AC) up to capacity of 66 TR with dry Nitrogen upto 300 PSI and rectifiying the leakages , pressure hold upto 300 PSI for 48 Hrs , Vaccumizing the system upto 500 micrones & commissioning the unit, test running etc complete all as per specified & directed. (Refrigerant gas shall be paid seperate)

M&L for Cleaning/descaling of cooling coil fins of IT center AHU of 66TR capacity for oxides, dust and improving the heat transfer capacity by using 50% concentration HCL/H2SO4 cleaning acid and brushing complete all as per specified & directed.

M&L for Cleaning/descaling of cooling coil fins of Library AHU of 33TR capacity for oxides, dust and improving the heat transfer capacity by using 50% concentration HCL/H2SO4 cleaning acid and brushing complete all as per specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Sub main wiring power/circuit using PVC insulated unsheathed, stranded copper conductor cable 6 run of size 10 Sqmm, earth continuity conductor of 2 run and size 10 Sqmm to be drawn through and including PVC conduit 32mm dia medium Grade, ISI mark surface in walls/roof/floors incl taking down old unsv one all as directed by Engineer in Charge.Notes:- (4 run of wires of 10sqmm and 2run of wire of 10 sqmm and one run of PVC conduit with clamping shall be measured as one unit.

M & L for cleaning and servicing of 10 KW Solar power plant ,invertor, DC wiring , tightening of solar panels including minor Spare part upto Rs 1000 each after disconnection the DC/AC Cable and resetting the plant after testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for duct insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation 50mm specified and including the following:- (a) M&L for cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated ) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) M&L for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (c) M&L for sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including Aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d)M & L for securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/steel straps of size 12 mm/50 mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr.
