Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item-A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance up to 50 M. including all lifts, levelling, ramming the foundation trenches removing roots of trees, shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/I.

Dismentalling of plain cement or lime concrete work incl. stacking serviceble materials incounatable stack with in 15 Mtr,lead and disposal of unservicable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Providing random rubble stone masonry in CM(1:4) in foundation and plinth with hammer dressed stone of less than 0.03 Cum in volume and clean coarse sand of F.M 2 to 2.5 including cost of screening ,raking out of joints to 20 mm depth ,curing,taxes and royality all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing cement flush pointing (1:3) with coarse clean coarse sand of F.M 1.5 including screening ,curing, with all leads and lifts of water scaffolding taxes taxes and and royality all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing designation 100 A brick work with fly ash lime brick (FLAG) confirming to IS 12894-1990 (9"x4.5"x3") in CM (1:6) in foundation and plinth with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M 2 to 2.5 including providing 10 mm thick mortar joints ,cost of screening materials,raking joints to 15 mm depth ,curing,taxes and royality all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 12 mm cement plaster (1:3) with coarse clean coarse sand of F.M 1.5 including screening ,curing, with all leads and lifts of water scaffolding taxes taxes and and royality all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying 60 mm Thick factory made Cement Concrete paver block of M-35 grade made by block making Machine with strong vibretory compaction of approve size,design and shape ,laid in rerequired collour and pattern over bed as per revalent IRC Code ,filling the joints with fine sand etc all complete as per direction of Engineer -in -Charge.

Providng Coarse clean sand in fliing in founadtion trenches or in plinth incl. ramming watering in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick with All leads and lifts incl. cost of all materials ,labour,royality and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.(Mode of measurement compacted vol.)
