Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherewise specifically provided for as in roof padding etc and removing of debris from outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10 mm thick Plaster on RCC roof slab and sunken portion with CM ( 1:3 ) including water proofing compound @ 3% by total weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions shall be carried out complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately under revalant item)

M&L for for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding / sunken floors and similar work using WPC @ 3% by total weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately under revalant item))

M&L for preparing plastered surfaces and applying primer @ 0.30/Kg per sqm and applying tack coat of bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm laying 3.0mm thick polyster reinforced APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.5kg/sqm 100 mm overlaps both longitudinally and transversely by torch bonding over coat of hot blown and one coat of bitumen based paint @1.20 ltr/sqm over APP membrane including removal of existing water proofing treamant on roof with plaster, sunken slabs, edges and vertical surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying a coat of reflective bitumenous aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg / sqm over Bitumen surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rotational moulded Polyethylene [HDPE] water tanks, Triple layered, ISI Marked Cylindrical & Vertical Type 1000 Litres Capacity hoisted and fixed in position including provision of 40mm/25mm dia spouts for connecting inlet, outlet, over flow and washout pipes including taking down old tanks complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rotational moulded Polyethylene [HDPE] water tanks, Triple layered, ISI Marked Cylindrical & Vertical Type 500 Litres Capacity hoisted and fixed in position including provision of 40mm/25mm dia spouts for connecting inlet, outlet, over flow and washout pipes including taking down old tanks complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Gun metal globe or gate valves high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or for unions of 20 mm bore and complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan- necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed , in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls bore of the pipe 110mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends 110mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for uprooting of wild trees such as grass/bushes etc from the roof / wall surfaces / AC sheets/soil pipes surrounding including its penetrated roots with suitable cleaning chemical and making good to the damaged plaster by providing CM 1:3 and finish the surfaces to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated and Transulent sheet etc) sheets in roof covering incl ridges complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strengh of 550 mpa as on roof covering/ridges fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Grade Fe 410 -W (Gde E- 250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre pulp insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs /blankets any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for anodoised aluminium powder coated snap grid frame work for ceiling 605mm x 605mm using aluminium anodoised sections specified in SSR part-I 1991 including cutting, drilling jointing ect complrtr including 4mm dia of GI hangers wire suspenders fixed with adjustable connectors and providing 6mm thick E-boards (Classic) 605mm x 605mm size complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs of CPVC pipes 20 mm dya SDR 11 & plian CPVC SDR 11 fittings in wall /ceiling or laying in floors taking down old GI tubes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of CPVC pipes 25 mm dia SDR 11 & plian CPVC SDR 11 fittings in wall /ceiling or laying in floors taking down old GI tubes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B1, (20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping, and gap filling of between wall and roof, tank stagging and similar works etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning with detergent/detergent powder etc. reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale dirt etc. from tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes etc. and writing the date of cleaning of tank and due date for cleaning of tank , capacity of tanks exc. 500 liters and not exc. 1000 liters complete all as specified and as directed (Note: Each tank will be shifted as twice)

Disconnecting existing tanks setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning with detergent/detergent powder etc. reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale dirt etc. from tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes etc. and writing the date of cleaning of tank and due date for cleaning of tank , capacity of tanks exc.250 liters and not exc. 500 liters complete all as specified and as directed(Note: Each tank will be shifted as twice)

Cleaning of RCC/PVC water tanks with bleaching powder removing all scale and dirt etc from tank and from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc including writing with paint out side tanks "tanks cleaned on with month and year capacity of tanks exc 250 & n. exc 500 ltrs and recconecting air lock complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 20mm dia Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 25mm dia Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs for providing 20mm dia CPVC gate valves screwed both ends for iron pipes complete all as specified and as directed.
