MANNING AND OPERATION TO EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY 11 KV AND SUB STATION IN ARMY AREA AT UDAIPUR

Providing services for manning and Operation of 11 KV main receiving station(Sub Station No-1) for 11 (eleven) consecutive months of the calander year by engaging one Operator (Skilled electrician) alongwith necessary tools and tackles in three shifts daily each shift of 08 (eight) hours round the clock Sub Stn with machienary including security of plants/eqpts providing services, replacement of fuse elements of GOD's installed inside the installation area as and when required, maintaining daily log sheet, earth test record as per frequency directed by Engr-in-Charge, including general cleanliness of the installation and the surroundings.

Electrician (Skilled) - 03 Nos (01 No in each shift for 08 hour for three shift round the clock) (including Sunday and Holidays) at Sub Stn No. 01

the shift will be mentained as under:-

first shift - 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs.

Second shift - 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs.

Thirdrst shift - 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs.

Electrician Skilled -03 No (01 No in each shift of 08 hour for 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs , 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) (including Sunday and Holidays) at Sub Stn No. 02

the shift will be mentained as under:-

first shift - 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs.

Second shift - 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs.

Thirdrst shift - 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs.

Note- 1 :- Contractor should organise his staff strength including suitable transport of vehicles with suitable wooden ladders in such a manner that one day weekly off is available to each electrician (skilled) & each helper should not be deployed for more than one shift in a single day. The contractor staff should be take proper LT/HT shut down whwnever required and all the precautionery suitable equipments like safety belt, earth discharge rod, hand gloves and suitable ladders, T & P items such as Earth tester LT & HT meggar, multi clamp meter, to find out the O/H line UG cable of LT/HT fault rectification and restore the electric supply early as possible all as directed by Engr- in - charge. shall be provided by the contractor

Note - 2 :- The following equipments to be monitored regularly & if found malfunctioning / defective to be intimated immediately to Engineer-in Charge for timely action:-

(a) Transformer step down 11KV/415 V Copper/Aluminium wound outdoor, DNY -11 group , oil cooled manual oprative, tape changer, High Oil/winding temp, relayes, capacity 25 KVA to 400 KVA- 32 Nos

HT OCB with PTS - 03 No

Miscellaneous operating accessories:-

Drop out fuse set three - 12 Nos

Gang oprated switch 11 KV horizontal type (set of 3)- 03 Nos

Gang oprated switch 11 KV vertical type (set of 3) -15 Nos

HT/LT Panel board maintenance OF 11 KV (Set of 3) VCB's -03 Nos

1.1/11 KV O/H line on PCC / Tubler pole - 10 KM

HT cable end joints heat shrinkable outdoor type -28 Nos

HT cable end joints heat shrinkable indoor type -06 Nos

Note for item No-1 & 2 :- (a) 1. The Operator shall liase with MES & RSEB staff/authorities as and when required and put best efforts to maintain unintrupted electric supply in the station.

(b) Replacement of fuse elment will be carried out by Electrician as and when required.

(c) The operator shall operate VCB,s/GOD's/ACB/MCCB's/Main Switches & other machinaries as and when required.

(d) The cotractor shall solely responsible for any accident/ mishappening. No claim shall be admissible on this account.

Note:- (a) The Electric installation will be handed over in Functioning state on the commencement of contract through work order. The tender shall deemed to have visited/physical inspected the installation to assese the condition.

(b) The Electrician shall ensure by trial run and be alert to maintainance the transformer /OCB/ GOD and DO fuse for proper functioning of Electric installations.

(c) The VCB if operated through AMF Panel (automatic on main failure) the contractor shall ensure operation automatically within 5 minutes of supply failre .

(d) Daily log sheet for transformer VCBs and Electric break down/ Electric shut down details required to be maintained by the contractor and submitted in office every day.

(e) Maintenance shall include labour cost of repairs/replacement of necessory part / filling for transformer, GOD AND do fuses on Electic poles ,VCB, during the currency of contract.

(f) An Electric sub station No 1 & 2 and two pole structures in A/Area in case of HT fuse blown off shall be replaced for all domestic and non domestic feeders of cantt area including suitable fuse wire for proper functioning of HT feeders & Electric installations by the contractor.

(g) The cotractor will ensure that the cotractor attend the complaints of users through teliphonically/ by writen and registers/records of daily complaints of HT/ LT external electric supply/ internal electric / street lights will be maintained as per direction of Engr - in - charge.

(h) Maerial for day to day complaints for Internal/ External electric supply shall be issued by the dept free for fixing through attending the complaints for rectification as early as possible.

(j) Old meterial shall be deposited in MES store yard obtained during attending the complaints by replacement with new materials.

(k) Contractor should organise his staff strength including transportatin of Vehicles in such a manner that each staff gets deployed for one shift a day and each staff be given weekly one day off. For weekely off suitable reilver should be arranged by the contractor. will be taken by contractor for man and materials, safety equipment by providing requisite instruments & suitable ladders, T&P items, protective cloths etc and applicable . quoted rates shall deemed to include above provision .
