Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

GST 18% will be paid separately to tendered amount for applicable items

Valid PWD Class-3 & Above Certificate

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years 2020-21 TO 2024-25 achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs 38.63 lakhs Turnover certificate, duly certified by chartered Accountant (along with UDIN No) shall be furnished.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years 2020-21 TO 2024-25 Satisfactory completed, one similar works such as park or green space development /any eqlt park works of value not less than Rs 14.83 Lakhs as a prime contractor

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 11.60 Lakhs

As per Government Order NO: FD 884 EXP-12/2019 Dated: 07-05-2020 action will be taken if the documents submitted by the tenderer found to be misleading /forged or fake.
