Taking down old unserviceable damaged CI/DI/GI pipe of 150/100/80 mm dia, from excavated trenches or from wall/floor including removing of fittings and removal to store or stack aside, complete, all as specified and directed.

Returning, refiling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well raming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thickness each layer , complete, all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing ductile Iron pipe ,Class “K-7” , socket and spigot type, 100 mm dia including suitable titon rubber rings as required laid in trenches/floor, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Electrosteel/Sree Pipes/TATA pipes.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing in replacement, CI sluice valve 150 mm bore ,both end flanged, long body, class PN-1.0, conforming to IS 14846-2000, duly ISI marked, with stainless steel spindle and fly nut, bolts, washers and rubber gasket, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for coping, parapet, thrust block and other similar items complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement, mild steel cover, including fabrication, welding and fixing of valve chamber cover made out of 3mm thick MS sheet duly supported by MS flat/angle all around and diagonaly, for various sizes valves chambers duly fixed embedded in wall, inciuding provn of lifting handle of MS flat with suitable size and welded to MS sheet with and incl locking arrangement and painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of metalic primer of approved quality ,complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick/block or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc., complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan n exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4), complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on any type faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) , finished even and smooth without using extra cement ,complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of sedimentation tank of size 6.92m X 4.07m X 2.5m, draining/washing out complete through wash out pipe, and removing all mud, silt, scales, dirts etc from inside area and cleaning with bleaching powder, wire brush, broom and sand paper etc and marking date of cleaning and capacity of tank with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no. 27 here-in-before, but cleaning of filteration tank of size 4.9m X 4.75m. Note : (i) Rate quoted are inclusive of Removal of Sand & Gravels of different size from filteration plant & depositing at a distance not exceeding 30 mtrs away and leveling it as directed. (ii) Refilling of Sand & Gravels of different size shall be measured & paid seperatly under respective items.

Supply and laying, filter media (Gravel) of size 40mm graded coarse aggregate (thickness - 400mm) of filteration tank complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying, filter media (Gravel) of size 20 mm graded coarse aggregate (thickness - 300mm) of filteration tank complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dewatering from semi under ground sump 10000 Gallon capacity, cleaning internal walls, bottom surface of sump by removing scales and other foreign materials, scrubbing with water using coir jute brushes, washing the surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and water & finally washing with fresh water on walls, bottom surface etc including applying two coats of white wash inside and outside as per existing colour and writing letters on the wall i.e. capacity of tank, Date of cleaning, Due date for next cleaning, etc with synthetic enamel paint complete as specified and directed.

M & L for rewinding of motor of capacity 1 HP by opening of motor , taking out old winding wires, cleaning slots and rewinding with PVC insulated copper wire of same size & guage as existing including replacement of glass sleaves etc and replacement of thrust bearings, reassembling of motor and testing on completion, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 400mmx400xmm, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular), in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch Of Credit of Rs. 84,486.90
