REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION FOR MARRIED ACCOMMODATIONS AT AFS HAKIMPET

Comprehensive repair in day to day maintenance to attend the complaints (Average 35 to 50 complaints per day) of Internal electric fittings and fixtures of married accomodations area as complaint received from users at complains cell for repair and replacement of Tube Rod, Lamp, Choke, Starter, Capacitor, Lamp Holder, Bipin Holder, driver, fittings, MCB, short circuit/burn out, repair of Geysers, taking down fan/refixing etc. and repairing by changing the defective parts including Minor repair to Cable Connection /Loose Connection with screws, casing caping and insulation tap to insulate the Joint, etc and Testing, complete all as NOTES here-in-below and as directed.

Notes :-

Capacitor, Ignitor, Holder, Lamp, Switch,MCB,Heating element, socket , DB, LED Fitting Electronic Driver, PVC insulated AL/Copper Conductor Cable for connecting Light Fittings,and other spare parts etc will be Measured and Paid under respective Items as 'Supply only'.

Necessary T&P, Aluminium Ladder, etc. will be arranged by the Contractor and cost for the same shall deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

The Contractor or his authorised representative consisting of minimum 2 team of skilled tradesmen and helpers for rectification of complaints day to day in all working days to collect complaint from E/M Office on Daily basis at 0900 Hrs and give feedback to JE on the every evening at 1700Hrs alongwith complaint slip

In case of non rectification of the desired complaints on the same day, recovery will be made from the contractor @ Rs 175/- per complaints. Decision of Engineer-in-Charge shall be final and binding.

Any Materials replaced which are not specified in SCHEDULE OF CREDIT will be deposited to MES Store Yard without any extra Cost to the Department.

Supply only MCB , SP, 6 - 32 Amps, 240 Volts Ç'series 10 KA breaking capacity.

Supply only MCCB 100 Amp four pole 415 Volt , breaking capacity, 25 KA, having fixed thermal & magnetic setting.

Supply only LED T8 tube rod 20 watt retofit double ended suitable for existing 36/40 watt FTL batten. Make :- Havells - CRYSTAL 1213T8DSTL20WLED865SGLASS or equivalent in Phillips/CG

Supply only Endura Linear Neo surface and wall mounted LED batten, extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation & integrated electronic driver 20W LED 5700K (4ft) complete with all accessories . Havells Cat No. LHEXACP7UN1W020 or its equivalent in Philips/CG.

Supply only wall mounted LED batten, with extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation & integrated electronic driver for 10W LED (2ft). Make:-Havells /Philips/CG.

Supply only LED light fitting,10 watt bulk head luminaries complete with all accessories .Make :- Havells Cat No RUGBYNEONFT10WLED860SSYMTOPC or equivalent in Phillips/CG.

Supply only Capacitor 2.5 mfd capacity 240 volts. (Make ) : CAPCO/TIBCON

Supply only Ball bearing of suitable size. (Make ) : NBC/SKF/TATA.

Supply only Gun metal bush

Supply only Copper flexible wire 3 core of size 23/00076

Supply only capacitor 4 mfd capacity 240 volts .(Make ) : CAPCO/TIBCON

Taking out burnt copper winding wire from fan, cleaning the rotor shaft properly and rewinding with new super enamelled copper winding wire as per existing size/ gauge including heating/ varnishing etc complete as per manufacturer's design for the following fans:-

(a) Ceiling fan of 1200/1400 mm sweep

(b) Exhaust fan of 230/300 mm sweep
