M&L 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate as roof padding , hunching, sub base floor incl water proof compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm including cleaning surfaces etc and primer @ 0.30 ltrs/ sqm complete all as specified and directed

S&F (minimum) 3mm thick APP film based poly meric membrance minimum weighing 3Kg per Sqm reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application over entire roof area with over lapping 100mm to either sides and sealed in after cleaning down the roof by brooms complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick brick tiles laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and jointed, grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed 5% of crude oil of by weight of cement on roof padding flush pointing in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

Description all as per item No 6.00 above but except tiles.

S&F Coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:6.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured/printed / dark tiles size s of size 450x350x7mm thick on vertical surface in skirting /dado etc. ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles, 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of concrete surface of verticle in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete, shade & design as approved by EIC all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete as in sunken floor of bath,wc and kitchen of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided complete
