Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring for light, fan, socket or power point complete with fittings such as switches , fan regulators, bracket light fittings and ceiling roses, holders and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable of size 1.5 Sqmm drawn through and including PVC conduit and all accessories and 3mm thick new hylam sheet cover over the sunken boxes, including 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable for earth continuty conductor, complete all as specified. Note:- All the disturbed surfaces of wall / ceiling shall be made good to match the existing wall / ceiling finishes and complete all as specified and directed. (a) One light point controlled by one 5/6 Amp one way switch.

All as per Item No. 2 above but for one socket out let 6 amp point on same board with size of cable 1.5 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in repairs LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in repairs LED street/security light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed. S&F for wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire with 4sqmm of FRLSH is PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed as required including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to galvanized steel wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1, cover slab 54 cm x 54 cm x 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia. mild steel TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c both ways, and with onehandle for lifting made out of 10 mm dia MS bar, provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (Medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, 15 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (light grade) for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part –I (2009) and taking down old unservicable earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 2mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed.
