Material is a PAC item and to be procured from PAC firm or their authorized dealer. The material shall be supplied only by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or its authorized dealer/distributor. In the case of an authorized dealer/distributor, a valid authorization certificate issued by the OEM along with valid purchase/invoice documents from the OEM shall be submitted.

In terms of DPIIT/Ministry of Commerce and Industries order no. P- 45021/2/2017 PP (BE II) dated 16.09.2020 which is circulated vide Rly Board letter no 2020/RS(G)/779/2/Pt. 1 dated 25.09.2020 and Keeping in view with the public procurement (Preference to Make in India) order 2017 as amended time to time, only class 1 and class 2 local suppliers are eligible to participate in this tender. The bidder agrees to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by him in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and (or) special Conditions and (or) other Conditions specified/attached with the tender.

The bidder should go through the Tender Documents consisting of Instructions to Tenders, General Tender Conditions and Special Conditions of Tender, and agree and confirm to abide by the Instructions to Tenders, General Tender Conditions, IRS Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Tender.

Have you quoted 90days validity of the offer.

Guarantee/Warranty as per specification and In case specification does not contain guarantee/warranty clause then the same should be offered as per IRS Conditions of Contract.

OEM Test Certificate / Material Test Certificate (MTC) from a Govt. Approved Laboratory must be submitted at the time of supply of the materials.

The materials must be supplied in Standard Packing Size or in 80ML tubes pack

The materials are Shelf Life materials. Shelf Life should be not less than 24 months from the date of supply.
