Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.50m in depth for foundation, etc for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.50m in depth and getting out all in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials soil to a distance exc. 250m but not exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidation formation surfaces in cutting/filling of roads / berms etc only to the required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller including filling in depressions which occur during the process with approach earth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for soling (or sub base), 200mm thick spread thickness with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 250mm thick in two layers thick (compacted finished thickness) Water Bound Macadam (WBM) with coarse stone aggregates (Granite, trap or Basalt) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushion under paving block including watering and consolidation for interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 (Latest Revised edition) of M-50 Grade with grey cement, no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, plain cement concrete, type B0, (1:2:4) using 12.50mm stone aggregates cast in situ as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, coping and other similar bands, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or hamfered angles and throating and including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collar bore of pipe 450mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar (1:4) complete as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:4) on stone masonary surfaces or other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses with maximum depression on face from straigth edge held against the dressed surafce n exc 20mm, for granite or trap stone, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Inner girth to be measured only
