Taking out old damaged tarfelt from the roof, parapet etc. preparing the roof surfaces by removing all spoils, blisters, moss etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. All floor
Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.
Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (i) With 1:6 cement mortar (b) 20 mm thick plaster
125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor.
Emergent roof treatment by appliaction of ready to use, non-toxic, water based, cold applied, single componenet, elastomeric-in-situ seamless monolythic, acrylic modified bituminious liquied water proofing membrane (terfeit L.M or any other equivalent product )after prepairing the surface by cleaning and reapiring the roof creacks by cement and sand mortar (1:40) preferbly with anti shrinkage mortar (reapir by mortar to paid seperately) if any .apply one coat@ 0.7 kg? sqm without dilution with water)after application of priming coat (dituted with water in the ratio of 50-50 and apply @ 400 grm/sqm of mixture) ( time gape bteween coats-after priming coat allow it to touch dry, and after final coat allow 36 hour for any further works.) including coat of materials and base cleaning, tools & plants complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.(conduct ponding test after 7 days curing at ambient temperature) (cover layer not required ) .
(b) Applying 2 coats of Non-Toxic Acrylic Polymer modified Paint having adhesive & waterproofing properties by mixing in proportion (1 liquid: 4 cementitious material) or as per manufacturer's specification for water proofing layer in water tank etc. (
Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (6mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in gound floor as per relevant IS codes. Pakur variety
Preparation of drainage spout on roof for bituminous waterproofing treatment after required grading and shaping of the under bed with Cement Concrete (1:2:4) or Cement Mortar (1:4) as directed, Chamfering and moulding the parapet wall to form a bell mouth entry, if required and providing full course treatment with bituminous felt to facilitate quick and smooth drainage of watwr into the down pipes complete including cost of all materials and labour according to satisfaction of the Engineer - in - Charge. (This item shall be done for reparing works only and shall not be used when original/renewal of tarfelting work is proposed to be undertaken) All floor
