The rate are to be fixed by 2mm thick spacer, filled by using cement grout of approved shade. (NS)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x 600 mm single charge (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade. The tiles are to be laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm The grove are to be filled with cementitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material. Providing and laying anti skid ceramic floor tiles of specified size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of Ist quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 300x300 mm or more. (NS)

Providing and fixing of kitchen cabinet below working shelves as per detail consists of chowkhats frame of golden champ wood of 2” x 2”section with suitable rebate of 1” x 1/2” on outer side for shutter. The shutters are to be provided with 18 mm thick prelaminated thick with lipping all around and fixed with chowkhat frame with alpha type piano hinges and screws etc. and provide with fancy handle and magentic catcher, The inside surface to be painted with two coats of special quality synthetic enamel paint after primer coat and preparation of surface The complete frame is to be fixed with iron hold fast, coners, straps etc. complete fixed in position to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Preparation of plastered or concrete surfaces for Acrylic emulsion, Acrylic distemper, Acrylic smooth exterior paint and paint etc. including applying 1.00mm thick in two coats of filling cement based putty @ 35 sft./kg./mm of approved make complete finished on the surface to the required finish. The rate further includes the cost of necessary T&P, required scaffolding, sand paper etc. complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (NS)

Providing and fixing 2'-0" deep cupboard /cabinet consisting of 19mm thick commercial board and 6mm thick ply on back side, 1 mm thick mica on the exposed surface and making shelves in cabinet. The rate further includes the cost of lipping, piano hinges, cupboard lock, screws, nails, 2 nos. fancy s.s. handles, 2 nos. magnetic catchers, fevicol and painting two coats over one priming coat and preparation of surface on board and ply surface complete in position as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
