Taking down cement plaster of any description from wall/ceiling and roof slabs including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces over roof slab mixed with water proofing liquid as per manufacturers instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Material and Labour for applying oil bound bituminuous primer @ 0.20 kg/Sqm and providing 4 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.0 Kg/sqm, reinforced with non polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm having softening point not less than 150 degree centigrade, having tensile strength of 650 N/5 cm and 350 N/5 cm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively, reinforcement tearing strength of 180 N, laid over roof slab and bonded to the sub strata by heat process by flame torch application with and including minimum 10 cm side over lap and 15 cm end over lap, sealed/fused by flame torch application as per manufacturer's instructions, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.2 Kg /sqm and finally applying solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 kg/Sqm over the membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore mild steel galvanised tubing with all fittings and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 20 mm bore mild steel galvanised tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only 20 mm bore old steel tubing and connections in new or old position including fittings (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc., old steel tubings obtained from taking up/down shall be reused) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 20mm bore dia Gun-metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc., and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position for tank capacity exceeding 250 litres but not exceeding 500 litres complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks and supply and fix 500 Ltr capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position and connecting the inlet and out let pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed

Removing building materials etc., to a distance of not exceeding 5 KM, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination all as specified and as directed.
