Supply and fix 6.35/11 KV(E) Grade Aerial bunched cable with 3(three) power cores (Stranded, compacted circular Aluminium conductor screened with Black extruded semi-conducting compound , natural coloured XLPE insulated core screened with Black extruded semi conducting compound and one layed of copper tape and covered with black extruded PVC (Core identification by colour tape marking red, yellow & Blue with colour tape placed longitudinally under the copper tape) and insulated massenger wire shall be stranded non -compacted circular Aluminium alloy conductor of size 3c x 185 sqmm + 1 x 150 sqmm (insulated messenger wire) including all necessary fixing spares like, bolts, hooks & D-clamps including taking down old cable/ conductors all as specified and directed. Supply, Laying, Test & Commissioning LT UG cable of size 300 sqmm; 3.5 core XLPE insulated, armoured, multistranded, aluminium conductor electric cable of 1100 volts grade laid in ground, through trench/pipes including connecting with aluminium lugs etc and including removing old unserviceable cable all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix, testing and commissioning of Air break gang operated switch, triple pole mechanically operated out door type with all fittings/accessories mounted on and including 11 KV HT polymeric insulators and steel channel frame, GI operating rod 25 mm dia of suitable length with operating mechanism worked from ground level vertically operated including locking arrangement for operating handle with and including 7 levers Navtal lock complete suitable for current rating of 400 Amps HT 11 KV working pressure including taking down AB gang operated switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs lightning arrestors expulsion type, complete with all fittings, transmission class of 11000 volts, discharge capacity 65 kilo Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Install and erect steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP55 of 11.0 metres long complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug, pole cap, bolts, nuts and washers pole made out of MS tubing confirming to IS-2713 Part-II, including drilling of holes painting with two coats of bituminous paint internally and externally upto embedded portion in ground/ concrete and painting to exposed surfaces with two coats aluminium paint and one coat of red oxide primer including dismantling existing damaged pole and concrete complete all as specified and directed. Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 wiring 40 mm stone aggregate for foundation of poles/transformer bed/cable duct foundation/panel base/ chain link supports etc including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 11KV grade pin type, composite polymeric insulator white, brown or green insulator of clevis/Tounge/socket or ball type spindle including nuts and bolts of size type as specified by the manufacturer conforming IS- 61109 including all galvanised steel disc fittings as required at site and removing of unserviceable insulators complete all as specified and directed. Disconnecting electrically and mechanically indoor/outdoor transformers indoor/ourdoor upto 2500 KVA capacity, carefully to carry out any type of repairs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for draining out complete transformers oil from the transformers upto 800 KVA capacity at site which found major repair and storing the oil in suitable container (container to be provided by the contractor to keep aside for re -use (after repair) and lifting of core assembly by opening of top cover and other items for checking of faults/repair and lowering / refixing the same in its original position after inspection to make it ready for transportation to carry out rewinding work in workshop including transportation of unservicieable transformer upto 800 KVA capacity to workshop (rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation , T&P and man power ) complete all as specified and directed. Note : The copper conductor required for rewinding will be measured & paid as supply only under Sch 'A' item.

Supply only rectangular copper conductor of size and thickness as per the OEM specification to obtain the rated impedance values and KVA rating as specified by the OEM for various transformer capacities step down 11/0.433 KV for making HV/LV coils including the class 'A' insulation paper, IEC standard, high density laminated board confirming IEC 60763 of required thickness quality all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and removing of the unserviceable silica gel breather supply and fixing new silica gel breather with silica gel for, vent pipe for following capacities of transformers indoor/out door type as per existing model and size all as directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement, Porcelain/epoxy Transformer bushing on HT (11 KV) side, including brass stems conical bush and gasket after disconnecting electrically and mechanically for indoor/outdoor transformer of capacity upto 500 KVA and connecting electrically and mechanically, testing complete all as specified and directed. Note.The rates quoted is deemed to be included the cost of necessary labour charges for draining out & re-filling transforer oil, opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts washers and connections.

All as per item No. 26 above, but for transformer capacity 630 to 2500 KVA.

Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil in transformers/OCB of indoor/outdoor/ isolation transformers at different location with centrifusing machine electrically operated and achieve die electric strength 60 KV removal of moisture upto <5-10ppm, gas content < 0.1% including carrying out oil testing before and after the dehydration process for each transformer complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Transformer oil for topping up will be mesured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule.

Supply and topping up of new transformer oil as per IS :335, die electric strength not less than 60 KV with the help of Filtration plant complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Power Oil/Electrol

Supplying and fixing in replacement, Porcelain/Epoxy Transformer bushing on LT (440 Volt) side, including brass stems conical bush and gasket after disconnecting electrically and mechanically for indoor/outdoor transformer of capacity upto 160 KVA and re-connecting electrically and mechanically, testing complete all as specified and directed. Note.The rates quoted is deemed to be included the cost of necessary labour charges for draining out & re-filling transforer oil, opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts washers and provision of pad type bus bar almuminium of approppiate size /capacities of transformers with nut bolt & washers.

Disconnecting the transformer of any capacity and any make, out door/indoor type from platform / two pole structure by opening HT/LT side connection, earth connections etc and shifting it to another location by crane and putting it in proper position including connecting all collections on HT/LT side and earthing strip to neutral and body and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- This work shall be carried out as and when required during break downs on emergency basis

Opening top cover of transformer decanning of complete transformer oil and keeping it in cleaning and dry container taking out complete core with windings and segregating of HT/LT leg coils, dismantling and reassembling of core after thorough cleaning including assembling and jointing connection HT/LT coil in core complete with all making new star delta connection proper alignment including keeping owen chamber of 100 degree C. temperature to remove the moisture fixing of upper yoke lamination checking tightening of nuts, bolts etc and making good any deficient item testing and putting inside transformer tank after duly cleaning with suitable cleaning media filling of transformer oil closing the top cover properly and testing for capacity up to 400 KVA, 11/0.433 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with copper plate electrode 600x 600x 3 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate, not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip earth lead of size 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts/check nuts and washers etc of galvanised iron, protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40 mm dia upto a length of 4 mtr away from earth electrode and connected to main switch/control board including necessary excavation earth work in any type of soil and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 for earth chamber, 40 mm thick RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B1 with 6 mm dia TMT Bars at 140 mm cc both ways, watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade GI, funnel, wire mesh, lugs, charcoal and salt etc complete all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part I and testing complete including removing unserviceable any type of items all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connected to and including galvanised iron earth strip of size 32x6 mm with GI medium grade protection pipe of 40 mm dia for earth electrode upto test point or upto 7.5 mtr whichever is less, by means bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron including necessary excavation earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit (1:3:6) type C1 and RCC cover (1:2:4) type B1 of 40 mm, watering pipe 20 mm dia GI pipe, wire mesh, funnel, lugs, charcoal, salt etc complete all as per electrical plate No. 3 or SSR Part-I including taking out old earthing complete all as specified and directed.
