Providing from work steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooded battens & ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceilling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position complete upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Half brick masonry in common burnt clay building brick in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 sand) 1st class bricks. with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and fixing pressed steel door, frames, manufactured from comercial mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness including hinges jump block Jamb, beed, and if required angle threshold of mil steel angle of section 50x25mm or base ties of 1.25mm pressed mild steel welded or regidly fixed together by machanical means adjustable lugs with split and tails to each Jamb i/c steel but things 2.5mm thick with guards lock strike plate and shock as specified and applying a coat of applying steel primer after pretreatment of the surfaces directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing Pannelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and cleare storey windows including bright finish black enamel led iron butt hinges with necessary screws 40mm thick: 2nd class deodar wood within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm thick cement plaster on fair sides of brick/stone masonery convrete walls for interior plastering upto all floor level including arises internal rounded angles not exceeding 80mm girth in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand)within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable ditemper of approved brand and manufacture of and of required shade of undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with alkali-resistance primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from motrar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Finishing wall with water profing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of rerquired shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials. With in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil grease, dirt and other foreigm matter sand papering and knotting complete.Readtnuxed paint brushing wood primber pink within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces, with ready mixed paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning all dirt, dust and other foreign matters sand papering and stopping with white paint within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer- in- charge.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on previously painted wood and wood based surfaces with readymixed paint burshing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter and papering and stooping with readymixed paint other then white with in all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer- in charge.
