Brick work with K.B. Brick 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75kg / cm2 with dimensional tolerrance + 8% in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation & plinth etc. complete as per the Engineer-incharge.

Brick work with Fly Ash. bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure per cum

12mm cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to brick work after racking out joints including waterring and curring with cost, taxes, royalty and conveyance charges of all material to the worksite and supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

R.C.C. work in C.C. (1:2:4) including hoisting & laying & curring for 28 days using 12mm. Size clean black hard granite crusher broken chips of approve quality and from approve quarry including cost taxes conveyance charges of all materials to the worksite with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Dry brick rammed Khoa (10 cm) thick well watered and rammed inluding all cost as per specification in complete.

25mm thick A.S. flooring with C.C. (1:2:4) using 12mm size black hard granite crusher broken chips of approve quality for approve quorry including water and curring with cost taxes royalty and conveyance charges of all material to the worksite and supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Rigid smooths centering and shuttering for RCC works including false work and dismentgalling then after casting including cot os materials complete- (a) RCC walls and fins including attached pillasters

b) Roof-slab, & Chajja per sqm.

c) Lintel

Labour charge for M.S. reinforcement for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending & typing the grills & placing in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 guage per Qntl. Including cost of HYSD Still Bar (FE 415/ FE 500)

White washing 3 coat with approve good stone lime including cost conveyance charges of materials including supply of labour, gum, indigo etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Colour washing two coat with stone lime and colouring materials per 1 Sqm

Writing charge of required information and data on both side of the transperancy pillar including supplying of approved paints and required material for writing etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

MS Pannel Door double leafed with MS frame overall size including frame of height 1.2mt x 1.98mt. width for door and shutter of 20 gauge CR sheet pannel as per approved size & specification etc. complete including cost of all materials fitting and fixing the door etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Supplying of 200mm dia unplasticised rigid UPVC pipe ivory gray in colour having specific gravity of 1.40 to 1.46 gms/cc of straight length of 6 (six) meter for portable water supplies conforming to IS - 4985 / 2000 of BIS - Amendment - 2 read with Table - 1 of IS - specification bearing ISI marks for working pressure CI - I UPVC pipe to withstand pressure of 2.5 kgf/sqcm & the specification and manufacturer name should be prominently marked on body of each pipe as per the latest Amendment of IS - 4985. It includes the cost of sockets in case of plain ended pipe. PDI test are to be condcuted and should be marked on body of each pipe and report is to be obtained from CIPET, Bhubaneswar necessary approval of authority including transportation to work site in complete shape.

Fitting of un plasticised 200mm dia PVC Pipe for following inside dia mtr. for all classes of pipe including jointing the pipe with solvent cement by non-head application method including fitting and fixing of required no. of PVC Tee for outlet and PVC Shaddle and PVC Riser nipple for fitting air valve, equal Tee etc. complete including conveyance pipe from village to worksite and testing of pipe line etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

10.00HP/7.5 KW Submersible motor pump of 25 mtr head with 1200 LPM discharge of reputed brand with BEE Star rated energy efficiency suitable for 200 mm dia tube well as per IS specification with 2 pair U-Clamp & 30 mtr of 4.00 sqmm flat cable as per IS specification

Labour charges for lowering & installation of 10.00 HP submersible pump including fitting & fixing of base frame, fitting & fixing suction and delivery pipe to motor, NR Valve/Sluice Valve and other fitting materials including cutting, welding etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

100 mm Ø nominal bore G.I. pipe having wall thickness 4.5 mm electrical resistance welded of medium class confirming to IS - 1239 (pt-1 of 2004) with socketed at one end and the other end protected with plastic thread protector. Cost of 200 mm dia PVC ASTM (D) Sch. 80 casing pipe of reputed make as per ASTM(D) 1785/2004 with Manufacture name should prominently be marked with CIPET test certification in the body of the pipe in indelible ink or stenciled to the certification of Engineer-in-Charge, including Trasnportation to site, etc. 0 to 90 M= 90 Mtr.

Lowering of 200 mm dia ASTM schedule-80 PVC casing and slotted pipe, cone,nipple etc.as per the necesscity & fitted and fixed up in perfectly vertical position and keeping the top of the casing pipe threaded1 Mtr. above the ground level, including plugging the tube well to prevent entry of foreign materials from above.

Cleaning and developing the tube well using their own compressor having 250/300 CFM at 10.5Kg/cm2 continuously worked till clear and adequate discharge is obtained from the well including supply and use of all necessary equipment and labour as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
