Erection of German Technology Alluminium Structure as per Manufacturer Specification with PVC Tensile Fabric fitted to frames with necessary cross bracing, Wind tie & Struts as necessary. (All materials are contractor's property.)

Construction of view Cutters made of cloth fixed with bamboo frame and wooden post etc. & removal of the same after the function including all carriage. (The bamboo & wooden beats cloth will be contractor's property after the function)

Hire Charge for Plastic Chair.

Printing, framing and fixing flex including local carriage etc. complete as directed including cost of dismantling after the function is over. (All the dismental materials will be contractor's property as the salvage value is considered)

Fitting & Fixing PVC fire resitant tarpolin over the steel roof truss frame and plastic rope netting and tying the tarpaulin with plastic rope with the frame including carriage of materials at site and removing the same after the function as directed and specified. (All the materials are contractors property)

Kutchi design cloth decoration in ceiling of the pandal and side decoration of the pandal with pleated design cloth both inside and outside and removal of the same after the function. (All materials are Contractor's property).

Hiring and placing of adequate number of Sofa for the VIP and VVIP .

Construction of temporary stage ( 250 Sqm) in iron structure as per drawing and istruction of the department with wooden platform complete including removing the same along with adequate staircase on both sides of the stage to be provided.

Construction of temporary toilet block (Multiple toilets of size 1.5 m x 1.2 m ) in connection with Mega Jhumur Festival at Sarusajai Sports complex.

Providing shade net (green net) over the open drain along the periphery of the stadium.

Providing and fixing APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 2 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrance manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/ 5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacture of membrane. 2mm (for corrugated roof sheets)

Hiring and placing of adequate number of Round tables with Frills and table top for the VIP and VVIP dining spaces (for 2 days).

Hiring, installation/erection, fitting and fixing of wooden flooring 19mm thick ply board with nail, screws etc including carriage of materials, manpower at site etc complete in all respect for entire hanger area.

Hiring and installation of Red Carpet.

Erection of steel tubular pipe (60.3 mm OD) barricading of 1.50m high with steel pipe post @ 1.80m c/c driven at least 0.60m with 4 nos. of horizontal steel pipe railing tied with nut and bolt with vertical member complete including all cost of carriage and labour for construction as well as removing the same after the function is over as directed and specifiede by the department (The dismatled steel pipes received from dismantling of baricade will be the contractor's property after adjusting salvage value)

Construction of stage of 2.00 m high with 50mm dia steel pipe fixing with cross pipe with bolt and nut. The posts are at a distance of 1.20 m apart and the platform with staircase as directed by the department. (All the materials are contractor's property) Steel frame
