Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam,clay or sand )including lift upto 1.50m and lead up to 30 m & including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineers in change upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches (4.1.1)

Cement concrete with 4cm Guage Approved Stone ballast , Coarse Sand& Cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including Supply of all material, Labour, Tools & Plants etc required for Proper completion of the work. UPPWD/SOR/281/P-17

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement -All work up to plinth level: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). (DAR/5.1.2/Based on UPPWD/SOR-2020))

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern with bricks of class designation 150 on a bed of including filling joints with local sand (with F.P.S. bricks) complete. DAR 18/11.2 SOR

Earth work in cutting or embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50M in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm. layers including rernming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50M lift and 30M lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be depoiseted as spoil banks with in 30M distance as directed by yhe Engineer incharge.Excluding Royality. Wherever applicable for small work or Abadi area. (Only for where machine can not be reach/Move) SORUPPWD/253A+231A/P-14
