Conversion of Domestic to Integrated Terminal Building by Construction of Immigration and Customs Counters and Internal Partitions at JPNI Airport Patna

i. Providing, fabricating, supplying and fixing in position Immigration Counter of overall size 2200 mm × 1800 mm × 1200 mm, complete in all respects, as per the "Immigration Counter Plan, Elevation, Sections and Photographs" enclosed with the Tender Documents. ii. The counter shall comprise a bottom framework of 2nd Class Teak Wood of adequate sections and side framework, partitions, shelves, shutters and other structural members made from 18 mm thick Boiling Waterproof (BWP) plywood of approved make and quality. The exposed exterior surfaces shall be finished with 12 mm thick Solid Surface Acrylic of approved make, colour and shade, including seamless joints, polishing and finishing to achieve a smooth monolithic appearance. iii. The working top finished with 12mm thick solid acrylic shall be provided with a partition above the counter made of 12 mm thick clear toughened glass, fixed with approved grade stainless steel clamps, channels or other suitable fixing arrangements, complete as shown in the photographs. iv. The internal surfaces of the counter shall be finished with 1.0 mm thick decorative laminate (suede/gloss finish) of approved make, shade and pattern. The bottom floor surface inside the counter shall be finished with 2 mm thick PVC flooring over 18mm thick BWP ply of approved make and colour, including adhesive, complete. v. The counter shall be provided with a door fabricated from 12 mm thick waterproof plywood finished with 12 mm thick Solid Surface Acrylic on the exposed face and 1.0 mm thick laminate on the internal surface, complete with heavy-duty stainless steel hinges, locking arrangement and all necessary hardware. vi. The item shall include all necessary framing, drawers, shutters, shelves, keyboard tray, wire managers, cut-outs for electrical and data connections, stainless steel screws, SS hinges, telescopic drawer channels, handles, locks, magnetic catches, edge beading, bottom supports, fixing arrangements, fasteners, adhesives, sealants and all other accessories required, all complete. The rate shall also include procurement of materials, fabrication, transportation, installation, polishing, finishing, making good, and handing over the completed work. The contractor shall obtain prior approval of , material samples, colour scheme and finish from the Engineer-in-Charge before commencement of fabrication

The counter shall comprise a bottom framework of 2nd Class Teak Wood of adequate sections and side framework, partitions, shelves, shutters and other structural members made from 18 mm thick Boiling Waterproof (BWP) plywood of approved make and quality. The exposed exterior surfaces shall be finished with 12 mm thick Solid Surface Acrylic of approved make, colour and shade, including seamless joints, polishing and finishing to achieve a smooth monolithic appearance. iii. The working top shall be finished with 12mm thick solid acrylic, complete as shown in the drawing. iv. The counter shall comprise a bottom framework of 2nd Class Teak Wood of adequate sections and side framework, made from 18 mm thick Boiling Waterproof (BWP) plywood of approved make and quality. The exposed exterior surfaces shall be finished with 12 mm thick Solid Surface Acrylic of approved make, colour and shade, including seamless joints, polishing and finishing to achieve a smooth monolithic appearance. iii. The table top shall be finished with 18mm thick mirror polished granite of approved colour, complete as shown in the drawing. iv. The internal surfaces of the counter shall be painted with synthetic enamel paint with 2 coats. v. The item shall include all necessary framing, stainless steel screws, bottom supports, fixing arrangements, fasteners, adhesives, sealants and all other accessories required, all complete. The rate shall also include procurement of materials, fabrication, transportation, installation, polishing, finishing, making good, and handing over the completed work. The contractor shall obtain prior approval of material samples, colour scheme and finish from the Engineer-in-Charge before commencement of fabrication

Refer Drg. ID-PT-TB-T-ID-05 & 06 Fabricating and placing in position stamping table and pedestal ( Gents and Ladies) as per approved Drawing , made of 18 mm thick Boiling waterproof ply of approved make having stamping table exterior exposed surface finished with 12 mm thick solid acrylic in any approved equivalent colour combination and pedestal sides having 12 mm thick solid acrylic in any colour combination along with 20 mm thick flamed granite of approved color/shade at top of the pedestal, all complete as per drawing and directions of Engineer In charge.The rate should be inclusive of making complete framework all necessary screws , accessories, fixing or solid acrylic necessary moulding of edges of granite , and solid acrylic , flaming of granite . Shop drawings, material used in work, and their colour shade to be approved by Engineer-In-Charge before execution.

Refer Drg. ID-PT-TB-T-ID-10 Fabricating and placing in position Inspection table of size 1500 X 600 mm as per approved Drawing , made of 18 mm thick Boiling waterproof ply of approved make with complete exterior finish surface of 12 mm thick solid acrylic in any colour combination and interior finish with 1 mm thick suede/gloss finish laminate of approved colour and pattern with all necessary frames works /stainless steel screws/ SS hinges/telescopic channels for drawers/ handles /locks/bottom support /necessary cutouts /wire manager etc. all complete as per drawing and direction of engineer in charge. The complete work includes construction of frame work with 18 mm Boiling water proof ply, fixing of solid acrylic with necessary moulding of edges,fixing of laminate , drawers, shutters and all necessary hardware, and placing in position of complete counter. Shop drawings, material used in work and their colour shade to be approved by Engineer-In-Charge before execution

Refer Drg. ID-PT-TB-T-ID-04 Fabricating and placing in position X-Ray Monitoring Table ( 900mm x600mm ) as per approved Drawing , made of 19 mm thick Boiling water proof block board of approved make having stamping table exterior exposed surface finished with 12 mm thick solid acrylic in any approved equivalent colour combination and pedestal sides having 12 mm thick solid acrylic in any colour combination along with 20 mm thick flamed granite of approved color/shade at top of pedestal, all complete as per drawing and directions of Engineer In charge .The rate should be inclusive of making complete frame work all necessary screws , accessories , fixing or solid acrylic necessary moulding of edges of granite , and solid acrylic , flaming of granite.Shop drawings, material used in work and their colour shade to be approved by Engineer-In-Charge before execution.

Providing and fixing self-standing partition of overall height 1050 mm from finished floor level, complete as per the approved drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The partition shall comprise a rigid framework made of 2nd class teak wood, with the sides covered using 12 mm thick Boiling Water Proof (BWP) plywood conforming to relevant IS specifications. The exposed surfaces shall be finished with 1.0 mm thick decorative laminate of approved make, colour and shade, bonded with approved adhesive, including edge finishing, trimming and polishing as required. The top member of the partition shall be provided with a 2nd-class teakwood capping measuring 75 mm × 125 mm, smoothly finished and painted with synthetic enamel paint. The partition shall be designed as a self-standing unit, with a minimum base width of 300 mm to ensure adequate stability on a plain floor surface without any additional support or anchoring. The base shall be integrated with the teak wood framework and plywood cladding to provide sufficient rigidity and structural stability. The item shall include all necessary teak wood members, BWP plywood, decorative laminate, adhesives, screws, nails, concealed fasteners, edge beading, polishing, finishing, cutting, fitting, labour, tools and tackles, transportation, and all works required for complete installation in all respects as per the approved drawings and the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Refer Drg. DRG :01 Providing and placing in position, Ladies Frisking booth of size 1800*1800*2150mm made with marine plyof 18mm thick conforming to IS 710 and all interior and exterior sides will be finishedwith 1mm thick suede/gloss finish laminateconforming to IS2046 placed on ground with SS brackets, with door opening on both sidesbearing curtain on SS drapery rod top finished. A 300*300 mm acrylic to be finished on the ceiling for ventilation. A charger point for charging HHMD ans a tube light to be provided as per the image , to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Refer Drg. ID-PT-TB-A-801 B Providing and fixing upto 4.5 mt height free standing frameless glass internal partitions with 12.52mm (6mm clear toughened glass+ 1.52mm Thick Normal Clear PVB Interlayer +5mm clear toughened glass) (including making suitable holes in the glass before toughening process of glass) of approved make as per approved drawings with S.S. fittings of approved make, S.S fittings shall be of material S.S. 316 grade fixed with S.S. screw or with fixing clips with SS cover profile having standred length of 3000 mm x 40mm x 32mm. The wall connecting profile shall be used on the top and bottom of the glass, complete in all respect including any kind of framing / support required for fixed glass, all complete as per specification, Tender drawing and instruction of the Engineer‐In‐Charge. The rate of the item includes structural steel with primer and painting, all complete.

Providing fixing and erecting at site of approved make frameless glass door of required size (single/double leaf) with TPTA rails using 12mm thick toughend glass of approved make, with bottom TP//TA rail with lock door rail, 100 mm high, for double action door in satin stainless steel/ EV 1 finish of minimum 1000mm length, top pivot PT 24 or equivalent, door rail top 100 mm high for double action door without lock in satin SS / EV 1 finish of minimum 1000mm length, floor spring BTS 75 V or approved equivalent, H type pull handle 25mm dia x 450mm long, complete with all fittings/glass of approved make and as directon of Engineer‐in‐Charge. (Note: Nothing extra shall be paid for making holes, fixing of patch fitting etc). (Note: The work shall be executed as per manufacturer's specifications wherever applicable, relevant code of practice and sound engineering practice). a) Door size of minimum 1000mm x 2400mm
