Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc. from tanks exc 500 ltrs but not exc 1000 ltrs capacity, and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. and wash the tank with bleaching powder. Note-After cleaning of tank date of cleaning mentioned on the tank with white paint through stencil complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing of 15mm/20mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing , dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, all as specified .

M&L of brick work with sub class 'B' burnt bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6, for tank staging ,complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on on fair faces of brick work or concrete and mix with water proofing compound and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified.(WPC shall be measured & paid separetaly)

M&L for coping/bed blocks, kerb at junction of parapet wall & roof etc. in PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement based paints over a coat of primer incl preparation to newly plastered surfaces of walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.

Note: (1) The repair has to carried out as and when required basis and accordingly site will be available in piecemeal wise and as directed by Enginer-in-Charge in the PCDA(NC) area Jammu.
