Taking down carefully, copper/aluminium point wiring (Light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, regulators, sockets etc., and making good disturbed surfaces of walls floors, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing and caping and all accessories fixed to walls / roofs / ceiling etc. and including 1.5 sqmm copper cable FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, including fabricated steel terminal box made out of 1.60mm thick MS sheet concealed in walls, with 3mm thick laminated sheet top cover/Pre moulded PVC switch board for housing the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc., all as specified and as directed for the following: -

One light point/Bell point controlled by one switch

One fan point controlled by one switch and one regulator

One 3 pin switch socket outlet point 5 amps on same board with other switches.

One light point controlled by two two way switch.

One 3 pin switch socket outlet point 5 amps on independent board.

Material and labour for point wiring with 4 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed single core stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts in PVC casing & caping for 2 in one, 3 pin 5 Amps & 15 Amps multipurpose socket on independent board and existing cast iron or pressed steel terminal box with new laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick, including PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor cable 4 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts size for earth continuity conductor and connected to earth dolly including painting to existing sunken boxes with anticorrosive bituminous paint after thorough cleaning, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repairs for sub main wiring complete with two runs of 6 Sqmm FRLS single core PVC insulated unsheathed single core cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded with copper conductor (ISI Marked) drawn through and including PVC Casing and caping and all accessories fixed to wall/ roofs/ floors etc with one run of 6 sqmm FRLS single core multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor, including dismantling unserviceable sub main wiring including accessories, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (1) Two runs of cable one run of conduit & one run of earth continuity conductor shall be measured as one running metre.

Material and labour in repairs for sub main wiring complete with two runs of 4 Sqmm FRLS single core PVC insulated unsheathed single core cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded with copper conductor (ISI Marked) drawn through and including PVC Casing and caping and all accessories fixed to wall/ roofs/ floors etc with one run of 4 sqmm FRLS single core multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor, including dismantling unserviceable sub main wiring including accessories, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (1) Two runs of cable one run of conduit & one run of earth continuity conductor shall be measured as one running metre.
