REPAIR TO SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLE, DRAIN, PATH, GATE, HARD STANDING AND CERTAIN MISC WORKS AT AF STN PUKPUI AND LUNGLEI UNDER AGE (I) (AF) KUMBHIRGRAM

Material and labour for cleaning of sewage line of any size including manholes by rodding with split bamboo duly winded with jute to ensure easy flow from manhole to manhole or gully trap to manhole or manhole to septic tank etc. including well flushing with water after cleaning and taking off manhole cover and recovering including depositing the sluge in excavated pits (required size and depth) to a distance n.exc. 50 meter from the manholes. Top layers of excavated pit shall be covered by sprinkling bleaching powder @ 200gms/sqm for disinfection purpose complete all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rates shall be inclusive for excavating of pit and cost of bleaching powder.

Material and labour for taking out of deposited sludge and water from septic tank mechanically using sewage pump and removing night soil/sludge to a distance n.exc. 50m depositing in freshly excavated trenches /pit / bins and covering the deposited sludge with excavated earth including spreading of bleaching powder @ 200gms/sqm over deposited sludge upto 1 m from the edge of excavated pit before earth spreading and removal of surplus earth to a distance n.exc. 50 meter and depositing where directed including cleaning with water complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Only volume of sludge to be measured for payement. (b) Quoted rates shall be inclusive for excavating of pit and cost of bleaching powder.

Material and labour for taking out of deposited sludge mechanically using sewage pump and water from manhole rectangular/ square or circular in plan exc 0.80m but n.exc 1.5m & in any depth and removing night soil / sludge to a distance n.exc. 50m depositing in freshly excavated trenches / pit / bins and covering the deposited sludge with excavated earth including spreading of bleaching powder @ 200gms/sqm over deposited sludge upto 1 m from the edge of excavated pit before earth spreading and removal of surplus earth to a distance n.exc. 50 meter and depositing where directed including cleaning with water complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for cleaning of gully trap / floor trap manually or by rodding with split bamboo duly winded with jute including horizontal CI / PVC pipes fixed with bldg to ensure easy flow from gully trap / floor trap to manhole or gully trap to manhole etc including well flushing with water after cleaning and taking off sludge on complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of manhole, septic tank soak well, gully trap etc. and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and incl. mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8.00 but 6mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders and -ditto-.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drain pipe of internal dia 100mm, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.
