Designing, Providing, construction, Installation, Commissioning and testing of 35LKD Effluent/sewage treatment plant for Civil Hospital Kihar including provision of MBBR(Moving bed bio reatctor), including media prefab Module (with standby system) including Bar screen (SS) as per design with 8-10mm spacing with frame, lifting arrangement & Epoxy painted, raw sewage lifting pumps as per design requirement, non clogging submersible as per site requirement with standby arrangements, Coagulation & Floculation tank with strrier as per design requirement, including air diffuser, sludge transfer pumps for Primary settling tank and secondary settling tanks, control panel, blowers including standby, interconnecting piping of required size as per specifications, intermediate tanks, blower piping, activated carbon filter, pressurised sand filter, dozing system, UV System with all other processes and equipments as per relevant IS codes with anti corrosive properties including automation, timers, cable with tray as per IS specifiations to ensure the effluent quality parameters as specified by HP Pollution control Board as under, including vetting of process and equipment design from the NIT Hamirpur/IIT Mandi, including testing and commmissioning of the plant for 90 days with all temperature ranges and weather conditions :- - to conform the effluent quality as per HP Pollution control boardin respect of following: i) BOD-30 mg/litr ii) COD -250 mg/litres iii) TSS -99 mg/litres iv)Faecal coliform -999 MPN/100ml v) PH -6.5 to 9 vi) Oil and Grease -10 mg/litres including testing & commissioning of plant for 3 months getting the effluent standards tested from HP pollution control board laboratory with latest amendments in respect of BOD, COD,TSS & other standards. The civil structure required for housing the plant, site development required, collection of sewage from the Hospital shall be paid separately itemwise as under in item No 2.

Providing & Installation of Civil structure such as supporting slab, CGI Prepainted sheets/roofing for housing Packaged Plant, laying of Sewers, site development including construction of breast wall, frame for supporting slab, Equalization tank, treated water tank as per requirement :--- 2.01. Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil such as pick work,jumper work, blasting work in hard & soft rock and chiesaling work including slushy soil & under flooring water up to all excavated soil up to any lead & lifts from the edge of excavation and then depth and stacking the returning the stacked soil in 15 CM ( fifteen centimetres) layer's when required in to plinth sides of foundation etc. Consolidation each diposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all lead of 20 meters in Chiselling /wedging out of rock complete in all respect in trench weir, sump well, anchor blocks, presedimentation tank steel bridge, check dam, site development works etc.within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( One cement : three sand: six graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charges.Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1. 5 : 3 ( One cement : one & half sand: three graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for

Foundation ,footing bases of column and the like mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges.

In walls ( any thickness but not less than 0.10 metre thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string cources etc. from top of foundationlevel up to floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charges.

in suspended floor,roofs, landing & shelves and their support, balconies, beams, girder, brassumers and cantilevers upto any floor two level etc. with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 milimetre thick welding with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 milimetre so as to give fair finish including centering, shuttering and propping etc. with wooden battens and Charges.

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc. up to 200 milimetres in thickness including all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing mild / tor steel reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level including within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and fixing S. F. R.C. manhole cover internal and frame conforming to IS 12592(PART-I) 1998 with latest amendments 455X610mm Medium duty 23Kg. within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charges.

Providing and fixing stair case (4.0 metre long & 0.35 metre wide) of angle iron fam 4.0 metre long of size 65x65x6mm embedded in cement concrete within all leads and lifts as per the direcrtion of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing locking arrangementwith M.S. angle iron frame 50x50x5mm i/c welding complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as peer the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (@ 20kg/each)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1:cement :4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal sixe) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts, as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement;5sand:10graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining wall/breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150mm to 300mm as per HPPWD specification as per the direction and entire satisfactionof Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Steel work welded in built up section, trusses and 'framed work i/c cutting hoisting fixing in position.and applying a proming coat of red lead paint, in beams joists channels, angles tees,flats,with connection plates or angles cleets as in main and cross beams etc.within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge .

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing prepainted ACC/TATA make including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required (with 0.63 mm THICK Sheet)within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge .

Operation & maintenance of whole ETP/STP to ensure compliance with HP Pollution Control Board norms, sewer lines including all civil structure, mechenical/electrical machinery/facility in proper working condition for a period of One years (starting after successful testing of scheme for 90 days). The O&M includes the regular maintenance of all the facilities including cleaning , washing, oil and greasing repairs, replacement of worn out/damaged parts of pumping machinery, pipe lines, valves and electrical & mechanical equipments, regular cleaning of all structure like & other civil works etc as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge . O&M also includes fixing/repairing leakage in structure, channels, pipe lines, pumping machinery etc., proper disinfection of treated effluent and regular testing of samples at required stages of treatment and keeping regular and proper record of quality, repair and maintenance work, chemical dosing and time and hour of run of pumping machinery, up rooting of unwanted grass, shrubs, weeds etc. growing near the structures and keeping the area neat and clean, planting and maintaining plants/flowers/trees around the treatment unit, storage tanks etc. as per the direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including the cost of procurement of adequate and proper tools and plants, skilled and unskilled manpower (Chemist, Pump oprerator & sewerman), spare parts, oil/grease/lubricants, chemical instruments, equipments, stationery and any other material etc. required for O&M excluding the cost of energy charges. All the operations shall be carried out as per the CPHEEO manual on treatment (latest addition)and other relevant code for Hospital waste HP PWD/JSV specification, HP Pollution Control Board norms directions issued by Engineer-in-Charge from time to time and sound Engineering practices. Including the testing of effluent samples once in fortnight from the HP Pollution Control Board Laborator for 365 days after commissioning and testing of plant for 90 days.
