Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, tiles flooring and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floor), beams, staircase, landing, chajjas, shelves and similar suspended work, including cutting of reinforcement to facilitate demolition and removal of debris , complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work, stone/ boulder masonry and built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish complete all as specified & directed .

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish etc. complete all as specified and directed.

providing cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation, mass concrete etc., complete all as specified and as directed

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain, including form work complete all as specified & directed.

Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including the use of forms or moulds with plain faces complete all as specified and directed. (Cement concrete item shall be reinforced, where ordered. Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

50mm thick PCC type D2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in sub base, complete all as specified and as directed

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

All as per serial item No 09 herein before but except bricks

15mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over concrete /brick surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement, and providing necessary scaffolding , safety precautions and other requisite arrangements all as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated concrete surface exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enameled paint complete all as specified & directed.

Factory made, precast concrete, machine pressed, interlocking paver block any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658-2006, of 40mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and no pigment (in top layer), different colours, laid over and including 25mm thick fine sand cushioning and joints filled with fine sand, complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made, precast concrete, machine pressed, interlocking paver block any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658-2006, of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and no pigment (in top layer), different colours, laid over and including 25mm thick fine sand cushioning and joints filled with fine sand, complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made, precast concrete, machine pressed, interlocking paver block any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658-2006, of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade, with grey cement and no pigment (in top layer), different colours, laid over and including 25mm thick fine sand cushioning and joints filled with fine sand, complete all as specified and directed. Notes for serial item No 14 to 16 1. Rate includes supply and spreading of sand. 2. The shape/size of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

Factory made chequered cement concrete tiles 250mm x 250mm x 22mm thick (with grey cement and pigments), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft and loose soil all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide & exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.0m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft and loose soil all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc.25cm thick each layer of soil all as specified.

Removal of excavated material to distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point in soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Three coats of white wash on wall surfaces including preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed

RCC pipes class NP-2 600mm dia bore, with collars, ISI marked, jointed with cement mortar, laid in trenches and tested including fittings of same grade, fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed (excavation, earthwork and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately)

Factory made RCC M-35 pre cast man hole covers (Medium duty), of size 600mm x 1200mm x 100mm with plain faces, including MS frame, set in position in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Factory made RCC M-35 pre cast man hole covers (Medium duty), of size 500mm x 1000mm x 100mm with plain faces, including MS frame, set in positionin cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Keyed pointing to brick walls in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specificed and directed.
