Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, and chiselling / wedging out of hard or soft rock where blasing is prohibited up to all depths stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meteres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cms layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing off all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering,ramming, consolidating and dressing complete with cost of sand including carriage of material in all leads and lifts

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a air finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs including incliend surfaces upto any degree, landins and the like, landings and the like. Floors etc.upto 200mm. In thickness.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses,plinth and string courses and the like.

Beams, cantilever, girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams, small ends of beams, beam haunching, cantilever girders, bressummers and lintle not exceeding 1 metre in depth.

Columns, pillars, posts and struts square, rectanagular or polygonal in plan.

Stair cases with sloping or stepped soffits excluding landing.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20cm wide.

Providing and laying cement concrete having strength of M-20 mixed design aggregate mechanically mixed and vibrated and curring complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete works including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Foundations, footings, basis of column and the like and the mass concrete

Suspended floor, roofs, landings, shelves and their support, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers in all heights.

Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10metre thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses,plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation upto all floor level.

Column, pillars, posts and struts upto all heights

Stair cases (except spiral stair cases) excluding landing but including preparing of the surface and finishing of nosing upto all heights.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 6 : 12 (1 cement : 6 sand :12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 (1 cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete (excluding cost of form work) in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Providing & laying cement concrete having strength of M-20 design mixed aggregate mechanically mixed and vibrated for reinforced concrete in chajjas upto any thickness upto all heights i/c finishing the exposed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) to give a smooth and even surface, centering/form work and curing complete excluding cost of reinforcement including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cinder filling in depressed portion in slab in proportion 1:15 (1cement :15 cinder of 12.5 mmnominal size) including ramming, watering and consolidating complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge inclluding carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing Tor steel /TMT Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire upto all heights including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Applying cement slurry on R.C.C . slab or cement concrete work using 2.75 kg of cement per sqm. of floor area before laying cement concrete flooring including roughening, cleaning of the concrete surfaces complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing throating, or plaster drip and moulding to RCC chajjas etc. including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Brick work using 2nd class common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and footings cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Brick work using 2nd class common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Half brick masonry using 2nd class common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto all heights in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing Powder coated in aluminium door, window,ventilator shutters, frames ,glazing i/c glass panes and both sides limited board for doors/partition etc with PVC/neoprens gasket etc.complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In_charge . Aluminum FRAME OF DOOR AND WINDOW ETC. i/c Handles , Tower bolts, locks complete in all respect. ( Market rates)

P/F bright finished brass 100mm mortice latch and lock and a pair of levers,handles with necessary screws etc. complete (Indian make of approved quality)

Providing and fixing on wall faces PVC (D-Plast) accessories for rain water pipes including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete i/c carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

PVC Plain Bend 150 mm diameter

PVC Plain shoe 150mm diameter.

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete i/c clamps where ever required & including carriage of material in all leads & lifts. (a) 150mm dia pipes

Providing and fixing M.S. holder bat clamps of approved design to C.I. or S.C.I. pipes embeded in and including cement concrete blocks 10x10x10cm.of 1:2:4 mix (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and cost of cutting holes and making good the wall etc. 100mm diametres for C.I. pipe including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including carriage of material in all leads and lifts: -In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railling, brackets and similar works i/c making holes & filling the same with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steel wool scrapes and sand papering complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.(a) With ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead,red oxide/zinc oxide chrome including carriage of material in all leads & lifts..

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including carriage of material in all leads & lifts. (a)Enamel paint other than white or white paint.

Applying Birla JK white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete including carriage of material in all leads & lifts. (i) In Wall /ceiling surface.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete including carriage of material in all leads & lifts. (i) In Wall /ceiling surface..

6mm cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement :3sand) including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all heights including arises, Internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

20 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick / stone masonry for interior plastering upto all heights including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
