Tender for execution of work under M.C. and E.W. (Development and Repair of Building) to Interpretation Center at Udaigiri, Distt. Vidisha (M.P.)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. (All kinds of soil) (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Providing & lying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Providing Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand). etc complete. Providing C.R. Stone masonry wall ( With Weep hole 10cm dia 2m C/C) with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement, 6 course Sand) including dressing all lead and lift of material etc complete for boundary wall (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Providing & Fixing M.S. Grill framing with 50 X 6 mm flat bar and fixing vertical 1.20 mtr height 16 x 16 mm Square bar placing 10 cm centre to centre including cutting, welding and making spear in top of square bar etc. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size derived from natural sources). (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Removing of old paint by scrapping and sand preparing the surface smooth including necessary repair to scratches etc complete. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required color to give an even shade one or more coats on old work (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Polishing on wood work with readymade wax polish of approved brand and manufacture (old Work) (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Dead & damaged plaster and taken up new plaster at Interpretation Center Stair. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Repairing of Old Damaged Window, Ventilation, Door, and all related accessories & plumber articles including removal & fitting charges . (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Providing & fitting, repair electric line including all accessories electric and purchasing of all required electric articles etc complete. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Repairing With Applicable Material of Bore Well Machine/ Pump Etc Complete. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Dismantling tile work in floor two layer laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and up to 40 mm. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily for Interpretation Center Udaigiri.
