Demolition of PCC in Ground floors/PCC Path/Plinth Protection and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement sime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of item No 3 above but except bricks etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on Sqm plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Mud in roof, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or a part thereof) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roughening surfaces of old/concrete floor by backing sweeping clean and washing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC padding 1:2:4, type B-1(using 20 mm garded stone aggregate) as in roof padding in specified slope complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:4, using WPC complete all as specified and directed.
