Demolition of brick work in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embedded in concrete and brick work, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.50 cum, in soft/loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete for posts/pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness on brick, stone, concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, removal of rubbish and cleaning, etc complete as directed and specified.

Surface dressing of ground in soft/loose soil not exceeding 15 cm deep and getting out, site clearance including clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings,shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) and removing rubbish upto a distance of outside the periphery of defence land. Roots of trees and saplings shall be removed as described under filling of trees root space and hollow filled up with earth including levelling and ramming, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out, in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick, in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description n.exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping, and similar work all exceeding 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE :- Where RCC/PCC band in walls, spanning and opening, the formwork soffit only shall be paid for under item for formwork to sides of concrete foundation footing bases of column raft and raft beam sides and soffits (if any) of and similar work for flat rough finish surfaces)

Use & waste of form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, flat, for rough finish surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT reinforcement bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT reinforcement bars 5 mm dia and over upto including 10 mm dia as in stirupps and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for design mix RCC M-25 concrete as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel flat iron for securing chain link fencing, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, wind ties for roof including drilling holes, bolting and riveting etc and similar work conforming to grade Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut 11 to 15 mm dia of neck exc 5cm but n.exc 10 cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link security fencing with galvanized steel wire hot dipped (IS : 2721) of 3.8 mm dia and mesh size 50mmx50mm tying on mild steel angle or RCC posts fitted with screws, nut & bolts straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Mild steel round bars and nut, bolts/Straining bolts etc shall be measured & paid separately under respective items)

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed. Supply, fixing and erection galvanized iron octogonal pole 7 mtr long having top dia 70 mm, bottom dia 130 mm having sheet thickness 3 mm with single arm bracket, base plate thickness 16mm of size 220x220 mm fixed with 04 nos foundation bolts 750mm long 24mm dia including excavation & earth work and RCC M-25 in foundation of poles as per manufacturer's recommendation complete all as specified and directed.
