Material and labour for preparation of old painted plastered surface of walls/ceiling/chajja of any description including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion exterior grade paint including necessary scafolding and safety measures as required complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including necessary scafolding and safety measures as required all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including necessary scafolding and safety measures as required all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment & preparation of old plastered / decorated wall surfaces and appyling two coat of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of alkaline resistant primer including 3mm thk wall care putty including necessary scafolding and safety measures as required as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for writing letters or figures in black letters on white base (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exc. 30 cm high ,stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets including necessary scafolding and safety measures as required etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
