Repairing/ maintenance,checking/testing, painting of old pontoons (06Nos), making of railing and grilling on each pontoons (08Nos.) and fabrication of walkway and ladders for approach on pontoons (08 Nos.) required during monsoon 2026 at Bina Project

Part (A) Supply Part

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete (MS nut and bolt 5/8x3,4,5") as per requirement and instruction of Engineer Incharge.

Part (B ) Repairing & Painting of Old pontoons to be installed for Monsoon 2026

Dismantling of all blocks of 06 Nos. of pontoon and cleaning with steel wired brushs for repairing & overhauling, denting etc. cutting, welding, jointing etc in complete aspect as per instruction of EIC. (welding electrode and steel wired brush to be arranged by contractor), (6.88 T X 6 Nos. Pontoon Set)

Testing of MS pontoon for leakages as per instruction of EIC. (All blocks of 06 No. Old Pontoons used in monsoon 2025)

Fabrication and erection for repairing of damaged portions Old pontoons used in Monsoon 2025 as per instruction of EIC . (welding electrodes will be arranged by contractor) (10% of 6.88 T X 5 Nos. Pontoon = 4.128 T i.e. 4128 Kg + 10% wastage = 4.5 T Approx)

Painting of all blocks of each pontoon with supply of chloride zinc phosphate red oxide primer paint & two coat painting at the surface of pontoon both inside and outside including cleaning degreasing, de-rusting of the area to be painted complete as per instruction of EIC (06 Nos. repaired Pontoons will be used in monsoon 2026 x 196 Sqm each)

Painting of all blocks of each pontoon with supply of Anticorrosive bituminous Paint (Black) and two coat painting on inner & outer both side of the surface of pontoon, completely as per instruction of EIC (06 Nos. repaired Pontoons will be used in monsoon 2026 x 196 Sqm each)

Assembling of all blocks of (06 No. repaired Pontoons will be used in monsoon 2026) including cutting, welding, jointing etc in complete aspect as per instruction of EIC (6.88 TX06 Nos. pontoon) (welding electrodes and Nut Bolts required for assembling of pontoon in complete aspect, to be arranged by contractor)

Part ( C )- Fabrication of railing , grilling & walk- way on Pontoons to be installed for Monsoon 2026

Fabrication of fencing for pontoon & covering of empty space in between pontoon boxes with MS angle 50X50X6mm, 65X65X6mm and MS plate 3.15mm for safety of men (for 7 Nos. pontoon- 420 mtr angle (size - 50x50x6) X 4.5Kg/mtr i.e 1890 Kg, MS plate 50 Sqm X 7.85kg/sqm i.e 392.50 Kg + 10% wastages (approx), MS material and gases will be arranged by NCL .

Part ( D )- Fabrication of 05 Nos. Ladder (12 mtr long x 1.25 mtr width x 01 mtr Height) for approch to Pontoons to be installed for Monsoon 2026

Fabrication of Ladders with MS angle 50X50X6mm,channel 100x50x6mm & MS Plate of 3.15 mm as per instruction of engineer incharge for approach to pontoon and safety of men (For 1 Nos. ladders- 70 mtr angle (Size - 50x50x6mm) X 4.5Kg/mtr i.e 315 Kg, 20 mtr MS channel 100x50x6mm X 9.58kg/sqm i.e 191.60 Kg ,MS Plate of 3.15 MM - 12 SqmX24.75 Kg/Sqm = 297 kg, Total wight of MS material = 803.60 Kg/ladder) + 10% wastages (approx), MS material and gases will be arranged by NCL).
