Supply, Installation Testing & Commissioning of Outdoor type having Canopy for weather protection, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) based Valve Automation, Protection Panel suitable for control and monitoring of 01 No. Ultrasonic Sensor, 02 Nos. Motorized Butterfly Valve. The panel shall be of minimum size 600(H) X 600(W) X 250(D) mm fabricated from 3.15mm CRCA Sheet. (Location :- Over Head Building) The Panel shall comprise the following items:- (a) Water Level Sensing & Display (b) Automatic Operation of Motor Actuated Butterfly Valves (c) Single Phasing Prevention. (d) Manual Mode Operation (all connected sub systems including all valves in pump houses and connected buildings / overhead tanks) from the PLC based Control Panel. (ii) 01 No. PLC with follwing specifications:- (a) Non isolated RS 485 communication port or Ethernet communication port, Support two redundant physical channel communication to one control centre.

(b). Suitable No. of digital / analog input and outputs. (c). Programming Software based on IEC to facilitate building of custom build function blocks. (d). Industrial Grade Processor (e). Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning and Programming of Master Control Station (SCADA Software). The scope includes:- Services for programming, configuration and customisation of the Smart Station Platform with respect to the Water supply Module as per actual site conditions and requirement of the Engr-in-charge. (a). Landing Page to depict criritcal paramters viz. - Level of water in all tanks, pump status ON/OFF/ FAIL (b). Creation of drop down tabs to monitor the all Pump houses and Remote PLC Panel systems individually (c). Creation of individual PLC Panel wise schematics and layouts for the Water Supply system as per the actual site including display of all relevant parameters viz. Water level, Pump ON/OFF/FAIL status, Valve OPEN/CLOSE/FAIL status (d). Soft keys for remote manual operation of all pumps and motorised valves from the Master Control station.

(e) Creation of Day wise Reports for :- (i) Run hours of pumps (ii) Pump / valve operation failures (iii) Active/Return status of each equipment with date and time. (iv). Configuring notifications, alerts and alarms as per preset logic. (v) Consumption Patterns - Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annually. Note :- (i) Work include two year gurantee and technical supports after completion of work. (ii) All components/parts used shall be "Make in India" (iii) Indian CERT Comprehensive security Audit of complete system included in quoted rates. Certificate issued by CERT Audit agency shall be submitted by contractor before completion of work.

Control station should operate on license free frequency with necessary hardware at a suitable location to be connected to the central scada server so as to establish connectivity with every station of the network after conducting a frequency survey of the entire area of interest and identify suitable locations to mount the station hardware and the height of the antennas to establish clear line of sight either directly or by multi hop so as to be able to send data.
