SCHEDULE ‘A’ Part - I (Repair Work )

Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under incl cutting the patch in proper shape, racking out joints and plastering the surface of the walls, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead etc. complete with CM 1:4( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in Boundary walls coping (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing.

Providing and laying formwork to sides of concrete including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for Copping etc.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level, in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand).

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).(Internal surfaces of wall).

Supply and laying Dry brick pitching half brick thick with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in floor sub base drains including preparing the surface complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x150 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with silicone additive of required shade on new work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm).

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification (Two or more coats on new work).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer , over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).
