Dismantling of Structures Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres II) By Mechanical Means A) Cement Concrete Grade M-15 & M-20

Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 and Tippers with Disposal upto 1000 metres. Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m (Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 301).

Compacting original ground supporting sub-grade cum 57.70 Complete Rate (Including material cost) Loosening of the ground upto a level of 500 mm below the sub-grade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of table 300-2 & 300-1 for sub-grade construction (Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 305.3.4).

Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded materials such as naturals and/crushed gravel/crushed stone/combination depending upon the required grading, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve atleast 98% of the maximum dry density for the material determined as per IS:2720(Part8), complete as per clause 401. Wet Mix Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate conforming to the grading of table 400- 13 revised vide table 2 of IRC : 109 (2015) to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density .The thickness of a single compacted layer shall not be less than 75 mm. (Reference to MoRT&H's specification 406).

100 mm thick interlocking designer concrete paver block M-40 grade for medium-traffic zone & utility cuts on arterial roads etc. as per IS: 15658-2006 (over 20-40 mm medium sand bed on 250mm thk WBM/ WMM base course & 250 mm thk bound gnaular/ granular sub-base course & filling the interstices of blocks with fine sand by brooming & subsequent watering including cost of sand for sand bed but excluding cost of base, sub-base course & subgrade preparation.) complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in sub-structure complete all including vibrating and compacting, finishing, curing, sampling, testing etc. by mechanically mixed as per drawing and Technical Specifications (Reference to MORT&H's specifications 1500, 1700 & 2200).
