Preparation and brooming down of old decorated surfaces of walls and apply one coat of white wash on walls surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Description all as per srl item No 01 above but applying one coat of white wash on old surfaces of ceiling

Preparation and brooming down of old decorated surfaces of walls and apply one coat of colour wash on walls surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparation of old decorated surface of walls filling gaps by putty after rubbing, washing down and applying one coat of oil bound distemper emulsion paint white or any tinted colour approved by GE / Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified.

Complete removal of existing treatment on old surface of wall by brooming down with steel wire brushes, scraping down smole soot moulds moss and efflorescence salts washing, rubbing down and cleaning oil greasy spots etc and filling gaps by putty and applying two coats of oil bound distemper emulsion paint white or any tinted colour approved by GE / Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls surfaces by brooming down with steel wire brushes, scrapping down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescence salts washing, rubbing down and cleaning oil greasy spots etc and applying two coat of oil bound distemper including preparation of walls surfaces and also applying 1 to 1.2 mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls by brooming down with steel wire brushes, scrapping down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescence salts washing, rubbing down and cleaning oil greasy spots etc and applying two coats of Weatherproof exterior emulsion (water based) paint white or any tinted colour approved by GE / Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old surfaces of walls and apply one coat of cement base paint on walls, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparation of old surfaces of walls and apply two coats of cement base paint on walls, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of wood and wood based material of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparation of old or previously painted surfaces of steel and iron surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in -charge .

Writing letter for figure (Black, Roman, Italic or Indian ) n.exc 30cm high with synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in -charge .

Cutting the roots of trees from the brick walls/stone wall made in cm depth of cutting exc half brick and not exc one brick and making good the disturbed surfaces with the cement sand mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in -charge .

Taking down cement plaster of any description on bricks, PCC block or stone walls, etc. Including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth mixed with water proofing compound.

Rendereing 5mm thick in cm 1:3 on ceiling finished even & smooth W/O using extra cement.

Preparation new decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling applying three coat of white wash all as specified.

Preparation newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of birla wall care putty all as specified.

Preparation new decorated surfaces of walls surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over one coat of wall care putty over one coat of cement primer all as specified.
