Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundations etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manhols, pier holes etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.50 meter in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm in soft / loose soil.

Removing excavated material (soil) n. exc. 50Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F of 75mm cast iron soil waste and vent pipes (sand cast) in any length with or without ears laid in trenches or in floors, including demolition and breaking up 75mm old broken PVC (SWR), AC, SGSW, soil waste and vent pipe including accessories set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of 100mm cast iron soil waste and vent pipes (sand cast) in any length with or without ears laid in trenches or in floors, including demolition and breaking up 100/110mm old broken PVC (SWR), AC, SGSW, soil waste and vent pipe including accessories set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 110mm PVC (SWR) drain pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floor, including demolition and breaking up 100/110mm old broken PVC (SWR), AC, SGSW, soil waste and vent pipe including accessories set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 150mm dia salt glazed stone ware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed , including demolition and breaking up 150/160mm old broken PVC (SWR), AC, SGSW soil waste and vent pipe including accessories set in cement mortar and removing rubbish from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 concrete bed to drain/sewage pipes incl packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in 100/110mm dia pipe including demolition and breaking out existing PCC bed packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M & L PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 conrete bed to drain/sewage pipes incl packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in 150/160mm dia pipe including demolition and breaking out existing PCC bed packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete type-B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in man holes cover, chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement morter 1:6 including demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L Reinforce cement concrete(Nominal Mix) 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls etc. including demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for form work to soffits of suspended slabs n exc 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for formwork to edges of concrete floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work n exc 10cm wide rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia

M&L Mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending for rungs/hooks in manhole cover.

Cleaning of Manholes which are blocked /filled with sludge, semi solid/ material etc complete removaing the sludge from manhole including manholes covers taking out and refixing the covers and removing the sludge to a non inhabitant area or buried into ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new pipes, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section ) cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150 mm interrnal dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brick work or stonework or precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc and stacking the serviceable materials within 100m and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoarsed, well bonded bedded and soilidly hearted built in CM 1:6, including demolition of brick work or stonework or precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc and stacking the serviceable materials within 100m and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick (in two layer of 10mm+5mm) rendering on stone / Brick masonary surface in CM 1:3 surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Note:- Necessary additional dubbing if required will be done by contractor and nothing extra cost is admissible in this account.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick (in two layer of 10mm+5mm) on brick or concrete/stone surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Note:- Necessary additional dubbing if required will be done by contractor and nothing extra cost is admissible in this account.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

M&L for providing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, benchings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
