Checking/ detecting and arresting/ rectifiying of the leakage by putting nitrogen and oxygen gas in central type AC system comprising of compressor, condenser unit, gas piping system and AHU complete cycle system having compressor's capacity 1x9.5 TR and material & labour for repairing the leakage if detected, vacuum & checking for vacuum pressure holding stand for 24 hrs and charging the refrigerant gas (M-22) as required and top up of compressor oil if required complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No. 1 to 3:- Refrigerant gas (M-22) and compressor oil shall be measured and paid separately under respective item herein after.

M&L for dismantling electric motor, strip opening, taking out the old worn out/unserviceable winding wire and rewinding the electric motor/mono-block with superior quality copper winding wire of suitable size including insulating material (PVC insulation sleeve, tape, film paper, varnish, cotton) required and re-fixing in position and testing complete all as specified & directed of following capacities :- NOTE : Quoted rates includes loading / unloading, transporting from site to trade workshop and back after repair.

M&L for taking out the mono-block pump 5 HP shaft, remetalling, welding, turning and fixing new bush and sleeve and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair ball bearing double collar type complete all as specified and directed for following capacities of electric motor/mono block motor :-

S&F in repair refrigerant gas pressure gauge of suitable size with adopter flair work and brazing work of the following range complete all as specified and directed.

HP - 30 to 300 Lbs

S&F in repair dial type water pressure gauge 4'' dia of working pressure 5 Kg/Sqcm complete with adopter complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair HP/LP cut off switch including control valve & brass flare nuts and making electric connections complete for any capacity of AC plant complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair OP cut off switch including making electric connections complete for any capacity of AC plant complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out oil filter assembly by opening up all the bolts of side cover and replacing the unserviceable oil filter by new one, re-assembling the same and fixing in to its original position by tightening the all bolts & making the system leak proof including providing the side cover gasket for the following sizes :-

Repair of LT electric control panel board, cleaning inside with blower, servicing tightening all electrical connections/ contacts points, replacing defective locking clips thimble and making it serviceable with inter locking wiring including replacement of the defective parts and refixing back in its existing position complete all as specified and directed. Note : Defective parts will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only the following parts of panel board to be fixed under respective items here in above or before complete all as specified and directed:-

Dismantling air filter section any size of air handling unit and M&L for overhauling/servicing of AHU by cleaning the AHU complete, cooling coil with coil shine, by spraying the chemical on the fins of coil and let the chemical remains on the fins for 04 hours then clean the chemical with fresh water till the chemical flushes out entirely by pressure of water & wash completely including stoppage of air leakage by using gasket clothing and PGI sheet with nut , bolts and cleaning air handling room with bleaching powder solution/chemical/acid & cleaning of air filter wire mesh/5 micron filter with above solution complete all as specified and directed.

De-scaling the entire water circulation system including condenser but excluding mono block pump set from existing AC plants by circulating de scaling solution with the help of de -scaling pump circulating acid independently in each tube by gravity cleaning the condenser tubing with brush including renewal of worn out gasket, nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed for following capacity AC Plants.-
