Dismantling the spalled / distressed RCC and loose particles from the existing concrete including roughening the surface after thorough cleaning, rate including cost of all labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Dismantling the existing pressed tiles & weathering course including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Supplying cutting, bending & tying in position secondary reinforcement wherever necessary using GI weld meh of size 75 x 50 mm 10 gauge to existing concrete surface prepared as per specification including transporting, fabricating bending & tying in position as per the engineer at site including cost of materials, labours, lead, lift etc, complete.

Providing PCC 1:1.5:3 mix using OP/PP cement with 6 to 10mm chips including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Supplying fabricating and fixing in position of RTS rod for reinforcement including cutting bending tying and fixing in position including cost of all materials, labour, binding wire, lead, lift etc., complete.

Providing centering and shuttering arrangements for supporting the reinforced cement concrete surfaces rate including cost of all labour, lead, lift, tools etc., complete.

special plastering in cm 1:3 10 mm thk for reinforced items including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing etc., complete.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of M.S 75 x 75 x 6 mm angle staircase as directed by engineer in charge rate including cost of all materials, hire charges for welding and cutting machine, welding rods including labour, lead, lift safety appliances etc., complete.

Providing two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion (Interior wall) of first class quality paint and approved colour including cost of materials scaffolding charges through cleaning of surface, labours, lead, lift, curing etc. complete.
