Annual maintenance contract of various essential Electrical components like electric installation, D.G. set Air conditioner and CCTV Cameras installed in Circuit House at Willy park Shimla 4 for the period of 15.03.2023 to 14.03.2024

Amount

Annual Maintenance contract of electrical components installed I,e LED chandlier,LED fittings,exaust fan,ceilling fan and all other electrical acessories and main controls.

LABOUR

The component will include deployment of technician to attend the E.I services to ensure proper maintenance on SOS basis round the clock and up keep of maintenance record to the best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

MATERIAL

This part will include the provision of electrical material/acessories including Switch,Socket,Circuit wire.Sub main ,MCB SP,LED drivers,and repair of installed electrical acessories /fittings but the major replacement would be done on chargebale basis and the register of replaced material will be maintained by the firm along with the signature of clint department staff on time to time basis.

Annual Maintenance contract of 1 No 100KVA D.G set

LABOUR

The component will include deployment of technician/operator to attend the D.G services to ensure proper maintenance on SOS basis round the clock and up keep of maintenance record to the best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

MATERIAL

This part will include the provision of D.G material/acessories including ,D.G inspection with alternator & A.M.F(monthly),Spin tube oil filter cartridge (2Nos),Fuel filter element pre (2 Nos),Fuel filter element sec (2 Nos), Coolent (3ltr),Engine oil (22 ltr),Main element for air cleaner (1 No), Fan belt (1 No), Rubber hose air cleaner,Hose rediater to engine,Hose engine to rediator,Fuel pipe feed pump to filter,Fuel pipe filter to pump,Battery wire and battery terminal (as required). but the replacement of D.G battery,By bag D.G battery,D.G battery charger 12V and 24 V,solenoid,AVR Cardand timer rellay would be done on chargebale basis and the register of replaced material will be maintained by the firm along with the signature of clint department staff on time to time basis.

Annual Maimtenance contract of 52 No Air conditioner

LABOUR

The component will include deployment of technician to attend the services of 52 No Air conditioners their seasonal cleaning to ensure proper maintenance on SOS basis round the clock and up keep of maintenance record to the best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

MATERIAL

This part will include the provision of 52 Nos A.C inspection (monthly),Gass reffiling( as required) Cooper piping repair, Drain pipe repair as reqired other major replacement would be done on chargebale basis and the register of replaced material will be maintained by the firm along with the signature of clint department staff on time to time basis.

Annual Maintenance contract of complete CCTV system

LABOUR

The component will include deployment of expert technician to attend the services of CCTV system to ensure proper maintenance on SOS basis round the clock and up keep of maintenance record to the best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

MATERIAL

This part will include the provision of monthly inspection of the above system,patch chord,cleaning of cameras,replacement of CAT-6 as as reqired other major replacement would be done on chargebale basis and the register of replaced material will be maintained by the firm along with the signature of client department staff on time to time basis.

Terms and Condition-:

This Contract shall cover the annual I,e 12 months maintenance as per the scope of the work contained in the main abstract.

Components service engineer/technician/expert/operator will be required to attend break down calls as and when intimated within the least possible time but not more than 24 hours in any case, there is no limit of break down calls.The soul responsibility shall be of the firm to keep the whole system in running condition round the clock.

The contractor will ensure the all the components in abstract is attended/maintained round the clock by his competent staff to ensure timely action in case of any hazard.Any accident or damage during maintenance /operation will be the responsibility of contractor and the employer will not enertain any claim compensation and panality etc.on this account or on account of non observation of any other relevant standard to his work.

The work shall be carried out as per direction and up to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

The contractor shall have to submit the detail of person employed to the department with the address/ID proof.

The contractor shall have to ensure the entry of only authorized person into the building/control rooms.He shall ensure the safety of all the system eqipments and material in the control rooms.

The Contractor shall handover the system/ equipments to the department after complition of A.M.C period in good and working condition as was handed over to him on starting of A.M.C.
