REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION, LED LIGHTS AT OTM AND OPERATIONAL/TECHNICAL AREAS INCLUDING R-53 UNDER ICGS RATNAGIRI

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down the Unserviceable MCB/MCCB DBs from existing position and making good disturbed surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the unserviceable submain wiring any size from existing pvc conduit/ pvc cassing caping and making good disturbed surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for replacement of Point wiring on surface conduit with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volt multistranded drawn through conduit and including rigid 20 mm PVC conduit and conduit accessories of suitable diameter medium grade and modular accessories including fixing/grouting sunken/ surface along with existing flush box of suitable thickness covered with suitable modular cover plate including running up of 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated cable as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly for fixing the switches/ sockets/ regulators etc all as specified for one Light/Fan Point Controlled by One Switch NOTE: 1. Modular Cover Plate is inclusive of the rate quoted by the contractor 2. Cutting & Chases will be measured and paid separately.

All as per Serial item No 4 here in before, but for One light point controlled by two way switch 5 amps.

All as per Serial item No 4 here in before, but for One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on independent board .

All as per Serial item No 4 here in before, but for One 3 point 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on the same board.
