Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing mild steel work as in iron posts/ fencing post and struts, round bar in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling or revetting and similar work conforming to Fe 290, Gde-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in hard and dense soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good dusturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation for fencing posts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end & screwed on the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nuts for 5 to 8 mm neck dia and length exceeding 5 cm and not exceeding 10 cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces not otherwise described exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthentic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Prepration of old painted surfaces of steel of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wire mesh fencing, any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only chain link fencing of any type and size of dia not exceeding 4.00 mm galvanized steel wire, size of mesh as approved, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Unit weight (weight per sqm) of chain link fencing shall be ascertained as per site through a BOO convened by GE in presence of Contractor's authorised rep and shall be kept in record.

Supply only 3 mm dia PVC coated chain link fencing of galvanized steel wire, size of mesh as approved complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Unit weight (weight per sqm) of chain link fencing shall be ascertained as per site through a BOO convened by GE in presence of Contractor's authorised rep and shall be kept in record.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, as fixed in chain link fencing as line wire along the length as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair Fibre glass reinforced translucent plain coloured sheeting of 2 mm thickness and fixed with coach screws and washer in roof, wall, fencing etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smooth with or without mixing water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Water Proofing Compound, if required, shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI Marked, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for de-silting the drains, removal of mud, removing the grass, vegetation, shurbs etc from drain and removing the excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe 290, Gde-E-165 including Dismantling of Mild Steel work of any description, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or rivetted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290, Gde-E-165 as in cattle trap complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of concrete of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of concrete of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for dubbing out average 10 mm thick on irregular faces of walls/ exposed reinforced surfaces, in CM 1:4 complete including dismantling old plastering of wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including reinforcement cut as required to facilliate demolition complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 (nominal Mix), using 20 mm graded aggregates as in slab supported on walls, beam and column in floors, roof, landing, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Use & waste of form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slab, landing and similar work; not exc 200 mm thick, horizontal or sloping, finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 8 mm and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spaces and binders cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Use and waste of form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc, vertical or to batter surface fair finished complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (nominal Mix) using 20mm graded aggregates as in chajjas, parapet facia etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite work (of any type) (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pilllars, window cill, cooking plateforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of Granite laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including rounding of/ moulding to edges (half round) of stone of any description including rubbing and polishing (Granite finish), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite work (of any type) (table rubbed and polished) as in wall lining (veneering to wall), steps of riser and skirting/ dado and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of Granite laid over and including 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 including Rounding of/ moulding to edge (half round) of stone of any description including rubbing and polishing (Granite finish), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks etc. including cleaning or refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints, fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) bends, any radius with access door complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of PVC (SWR) Tee of 110mm dia with access door etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Factory made precast RCC Drain covers, M-35, of size 600 mm x 1000 mm x 75 mm with plain faces, including MS frame around the perimeter, set in position with cement motar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for coloured glazed/ polished chequerred cement concrete tiles, superior quality, of size 30cm x 30cm x 20-22 mm as in floor set, jointed in neat cement slurry complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for coloured vitrified parking tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 10mm as in floor set, jointed in neat cement slurry complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick (old size bricks), straight or curved in plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
