Removing the existing roof treatment of any description completely and remove all the debris old water tanks from site and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M & L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor or concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg., of cement per square metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 25 mm thick type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding and benching & filletting with IWPC (IWPC measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer 10 mm thick CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes finished even and smooth without using extra cement with IWPC (IWPC measured separately) as in roof slabs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment with APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified with non woven polyester matt black finished over compatiable primer at 0.3 litre per sqm, torching the membrane on whole surface uniformly while unrolling the membrane by LPG and sealed with trowel after necessary preparation of surface complete all as per manufactures instructions and finally finished with at coat of bitumastic aluminium paint over the membrane. The over lap joint shall be provided of 100mm in longitudinal direction and 150mm in tranverse direction respectively. All the angles, abutments and the drainage outlets shall be sealed with extra care to ensure full bondage. Note : The work shall be carried out by authorized applicators of manufacturers.

Demolition of un-reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) as in roof, floors (other than ground floor) beams, staircase, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete.

Taking down copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell,socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches , ceiling roses , pendent , regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit a for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc.

Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN DBs/ Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs/ MCBs, Isolators, etc and making good to disturbed surface all as specified and directed at site.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium Sub main wiring of any size from surface/concealed /existing conduit of any height and removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.
