M & L for cutting out cracks (not exc 5mm) to V-section in existing wall/chajjas and cleaning out and filling up with Dr fixit crack seal including necessary scaffoldings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Removal of plant growth by injection with chemical glyphospate solution ( 4 % conceneration ) @ 20ml or till refuse by cutting or injection in stem of plants or roots at 30mm. The area shall then be sprayed with solution 25ml glyphosphate ( 4% concent) dulited with 1 ltr of water. All roots / plants shall be removed completely and making good the distrubed surface and painted with cement base or acrylic paint all as directed.
