Providing and Laying in position Cement concrete of specified grade excluding cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to Plinth level: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per S.O.R. 2020 (4.1.2)

12mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for exterior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth no extra for mixing any additive. Granular Sub-Base with close Graded Material By Mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with Front end loader/ rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 400.1
